It is shown that in the range of low densities of input currents the input resistance of the photoresistor changes from 1∙10<sup>10</sup>Ω to 1.2∙10<sup>3</sup>Ω, the rise and fall time constants being τ<sub>r</sub>=(4-8)∙10<sup>-4</sup> s and τ<sub>f</sub>=(2-3)∙10<sup>-3</sup> s, respectively.
