The catalyst prepared by means of treatment of zeolite with the organopalladium solution displays strongly increased catalytic activity in the reaction cyclohexane dehydratation and permits to receive 100% output of benzol at 280oC.

The Tarchanian horizon yielded C.(A.) grundense (Iv.Et Peyr.) and Laevicardium cyprium Brocc. The author believes that Upper Helvetian (Carpathian) of Central Europe with the C.(A.) grundense can be correlated not only with the Gori beds, but with the Tarchanian horizon also.
