ავტომატური გადარიცხვებით მომსახურება გულისხმობს კლიენტის ანგარიშებიდან კომუნალური მომსახურების საფასურის გადასახდელად ან სხვა დანიშნულებით ბანკის მიერ თანხების გადარიცხვას კლიენტის შემდგომი თანხმობის გარეშე, ავტომატური გადარიცხების შესახებ კლიენტის განაცხადში მითითებული ფიქსირებული თანხის ან კლიენტის მომსახურე პირის მიერ კლიენტის დავალიანების შესახებ ბანკისთვის მიწოდებული ინფორმაციის საფუძველზე.
Automatic transfer service implies a transfer by the bank of the funds from the client’s account without further consent of the client, on the basis of fixed amount determined by the client in its application form or of information provided by the client’s creditor to the bank on the client’s debt.

მხარეები თანხმდებიან, რომ ავტომატური გადარიცხვების შესასრულებლად ბანკის მიერ შექმნილ ელექტრონულ საგადახდო საბუთებს აქვთ ქაღალდზე დაბეჭდილი და ანგარიშის განკარგვის უფლებამოსილების მქონე პირის მიერ ხელმოწერით დადასტურებული საბუთის ტოლფასი იურიდიული ძალა.
The parties agree that the payment order created (generated) by the bank for the purposes of automatic transfer services shall have the legal force equal to the document having been printed on the paper and executed by the person(s) authorized to manage of the account.

ამ ხელშეკრულების საფუძველზე ბანკი საბანკო ოპერაციებს განახორციელებს ამ ხელშეკრულებაში, ავტომატური გადარიცხვების სერვისზე რეგისტრაციის განაცხადსა და ბანკის მიერ გავრცელებულ საინფორმაციო მასალაში მოცემული მოთხოვნების და პირობების გათვალისწინებით.
The bank shall carry out the automatic transfer services in accordance with requirements and conditions stipulated in this agreement, the application on registration for automatic transfer service and the sources disseminated by the bank.

ავტომატური გადარიცხვების მომსახურების მისაღებად კლიენტმა ბანკს უნდა მიმართოს განაცხადით ამ ხელშეკრულების 1.2 პუნქტის შესაბამისად.
For the purposes of obtaining automatic transfer services the client shall apply to the bank with the application as per paragraph 1.2 of this agreement.

To indicate one or more of its accounts in the application form on registration for automatic transfer services (one of them mandatorily being a GEL account);
