აანაზღაუროს ბანკის მიერ გაწეული ის დანახარჯები, რომლებიც დაკავშირებულია ,,ვიზას’’ (VISA) და ,,მასთერქარდის’’ (MasterCard) მიერ ბარათის დამატებითი სახის ფასიან მომსახურებებთან, ასეთის არსებობის შემთხვევაში.
Refund the expenditures incurred by the bank with respect to additional paid services by VISA and MasterCard, in case such services exist.

ტრანზაქციის (ოპერაციის) გასაჩივრების შედეგად თანხის დაბრუნების შემთხვევაში, ბანკი ვალდებულია მაქსიმუმ 90 (ოთხმოცდაათი) დღის განმავლობაში უზრუნველყოს კლიენტის ანგარიშზე თანხის ჩარიცხვა.
In case the amount is refunded as a result of disputing the transaction (operation), the bank is obliged to transfer the amount to the customer’s account within maximum 90 (ninety) days.

უზრუნველყოს სავაჭრო ან მომსახურების ობიექტის მიერ (მათ შორის კაზინო, ტოტალიზატორი და სხვა) მინიმალური ნაშთის ზევით ჩარიცხული თანხის საბარათე ანგარიშზე ასახვა ჩარიცხვიდან 30 (ოცდაათი) დღის ვადაში.
Ensure that the amounts transferred by the retail or service outlets (including casino, totalizator, and etc.) above the minimum balance are reflected at the card account within 30 (thirty) days from the date of transfer.

დაბლოკოს ბარათი ან/და საბარათე ანგარიში (შეაჩეროსოპერაციები) იმ შემთხვევაში, თუ გაჩნდება ეჭვი, რომ ბარათის გამოყენებით ან საბარათე ანგარიშზე ხორციელდება ან/და განხორციელდა არასანქცირებული ან/და მართლსაწინააღმდეგო ოპერაცია.
Block the card (suspend operations) if the bank has doubts that non-sanctioned and/or illegal operations are performed and/or have been already performed through the card or at the card account.

ბარათის არასანქცირებული გამოყენებისათვის იმ ფაქტების გამო, რომლებიც კლიენტის/ბარათის მფლობელის მიზეზით არის გამოწვეული, მათ შორის, კლიენტის/ბარათის მფლობელის მიერ ბარათზე მონიტორინგის გაუქმების მოთხოვნის მოქმედების პერიოდში.
Non-sanctioned use of the card due to the facts caused because of the customer/card owner, including the period when the request of the customer/card owner to cancel the monitoring of the card remains valid.

კლიენტის/ბარათის მფლობელის რომელიმე ანგარიშზე საინკასო დავალების ან ყადაღის დადების აქტის არსებობის შემთხვევაში კლიენტის/ბარათის მფლობელის ანგარიშზე დაშვებული საკრედიტო ლიმიტი ან/და ოვერდრაფტი ჩაითვლება ავტომატურად გაუქმებულად.
In case of collection order or arrest placed on any of the accounts of the customer/card owner, the credit limit and/or overdraft allowed at the customer’s/card owner’s account is considered to be automatically cancelled.

საინკასო დავალების შესრულების ან გაუქმების (უკან გათხოვის) ან ყადაღის გაუქმების (უკან გათხოვის) შემთხვევაში ბანკს უფლება ექნება ცალმხრივად აღადგინოს საკრედიტო ლიმიტი ან/და ოვერდრაფტი.
In case of fulfillment or cancellation (revoking) of the collection order or lifting (revoking) the arrest, the bank will be entitled to unilaterally restore the credit limit and/or overdraft.

ამ ხელშეკრულების 12.5.5 ქვეპუნქტის მოქმედება ვრცელდება ყველა ტიპის პლასტიკურ ბარათზე ისევე, როგორც რომელიმე პლასტიკურ ბარათთან დაკავშირებულ ნებისმიერ საკრედიტო პროდუქტზე.
Validity of the sub-paragraph 12.5.5 of this agreement is applicable to all types of plastic cards as well as to any credit product related to any of the plastic cards.

In case the customer is employed by enterprise/organization, which is involved in the salary project of the bank, the customer/card owner grants the authority, under this agreement, to the director of the enterprise/organization (person with representative authorities) to perform the following actions on behalf of the customer/card owner:

ხელი მოაწეროს და წარუდგინოს ბანკს განაცხადი სახელფასო პლასტიკური ბარათის დამზადების/განახლების ან/და ოვერდრაფტის/საკრედიტო ლიმიტის დაშვების შესახებ ან/და საგადახდო დავალება, რომლის საფუძველზეც განხორციელდება კლიენტის/ბარათის მფლობელის სახელფასო ანგარიშზე ეროვნულ ვალუტაში ჩარიცხული თანხის კონვერტაცია (კონვერსია) უცხოურ ვალუტაში ბანკის მიერ დადგენილი კურსის შესაბამისად;
Sign and submit to the bank the application for issuing/renewing a salary plastic card and/or allowing the overdraft/credit limit, and/or the payment order, under which the amounts transferred in national currency into customer’s/card owner’s salary account shall be converted (conversion) into foreign currency under the rate fixed by the bank;

Receive( accept ) from the bank and hand to a client / card holder a plastic payroll card , the PIN - code or the SMS- code , which can be used to get the PIN - code and / or the telephone code.

კლიენტის/ბარათის მფლობელის დამსაქმებელი საწარმოს/ორგანიზაციის დირექტორს (წარმომადგენლობითი უფლებამოსილების მქონე პირს უფლება აქვს ამ ხელშეკრულების 12.5.7 ქვეპუნქტში აღწერილი უფლებამოსილება გადასცეს საწარმოს/ორგანიზაციის ბუღალტერს ან/და სხვა პირს).
The director (person with representative authorities) of the enterprise/organization employing the customer/card owner shall be entitled to assign the authorities described in the sub-paragraph 12.5.7 of this agreement to the accountant and/or other person of the enterprise/organization.
