Germanium nitride thin films produced by reactive sputtering in hydrazine plasma. Thin films of germanium nitride (Ge<sub>3</sub>N<sub>4</sub>) have been produced by reactive ion-plasma sputtering of Ge in hydrazine plasma at T=250°C. Their properties proved to be much superior to those of the films produced in nitrogen plasma.
