To pay back the grant in full or in part upon request if and to extent to which it has not been used for the defined purpose or if other provisions of this agreement have been violated; an interest rate equal to the applicable base rate of Deutsche Bundesbank plus 3% shall be paid on the amount which the donor is entitled to be repaid.

The parties to this contract concur that the grant shall only be used to cover the expenditure indicated in the finance plan up to a maximum of 56,219 Euros (including the internal activity of the grant recipient indicated below).

German law shall be applicable in the case of disputes arising from this contract and that the place of jurisdiction shall be Dessau if a court decision is required.

The DELTA shall agree the services with the relevant project management of the IABG mbH and inform the project management of the IABG mbH in each case without delay particularly about problems occurring in terms of time and as regards content.
