The contract between IABG mbH and LEPL- SMSTC “DELTA” for the implementation of the project ”Establishment of an Environmental Management System (EMS) for the Georgian Armed Forces”, hereinafter referred as to the “Contract” is made between Industrieanlagen-Betriebsgesellschaft mbH, hereinafter referred to as the “IABG mbH” and The Legal Entity of Public Law – State Military Scientific-Technical Center „DELTA“, hereinafter referred to as the „DELTA“, Jointly referred as to the Parties.

The DELTA shall undertake the tasks described in the specification of services of its offer (Appendix 1) within the scope of the project for “Establishment of an Environmental Management System (EMS) for the Georgian Armed Forces”.

ცალკეულ პუნქტებთან დაკავშირებით წარმოქმნილი ყველა ხარჯი (საფასურები, სამგზავრო ხარჯები, შეხვედრების გასამართავად დელტა-ს შენობების გამოყენება, დამატებითი ხარჯები) ანაზღაურდება შეთანხმებული და დაფიქსირებული თანხებით.
All costs arising in connection with the individual items (fees, travelling expenses, use of the premises of DELTA for meetings, ancillary costs) shall be reimbursed with the agreed lump sums.

The DELTA shall bear all possible taxes and charges itself based on Georgian law.

„დელტა“ შესასრულებელ სამუშაოებს ათანხმებს IABG-mbH-ის შესაბამის საპროექტო მმართველობასთან და თითოეულ შემთხვევაში დაუყოვნებლივ აწვდის IABG-mbH-ის საპროექტო მმართველობას ინფორმაციას განსაკუთრებით დროის მხრივ და შინაარსთან დაკავშირებით წარმოქმნილი პრობლემების შესახებ.
The DELTA shall agree the services with the relevant project management of the IABG mbH and inform the project management of the IABG mbH in each case without delay particularly about problems occurring in terms of time and as regards content.
