On the basis of the present experiments it has been ascertained that if the storage time does not exceed 10 days and the temperature in the room is of the order of 2 to +3,5oC, the quality of the product obtained from tea-leaves stored in the room in question is of a higher quality than that of the product obtained from newly picked tea-leaves.
