მუხლი 70. ამ კანონის ამოქმედებამდე გაცემული ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის ლიცენზიები ავტორიზებული პირი, რომლის ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობაც ამ კანონის შესაბამისად რეგისტრაციას ექვემდებარება, ვალდებულია მარეგულირებელ ორგანოს 2027 წლის 1 მაისამდე წარუდგინოს განაცხადი რეგისტრაციის თაობაზე.
Article 70 - Licences for nuclear and radiation activities issued before the entry into force of this Law An authorised person whose nuclear and radiation activities are subject to registration in accordance with this Law shall be required to submit an application for registration to the Regulatory Authority by 1 May 2027.

1. ძალადაკარგულად გამოცხადდეს „ბირთვული და რადიაციული უსაფრთხოების შესახებ“ საქართველოს 2012 წლის 20 მარტის კანონი (საქართველოს საკანონმდებლო მაცნე (www.matsne.gov.ge), 23.03.2012, სარეგისტრაციო კოდი: 360090000.05.001.016631), გარდა ამ კანონის IV თავისა.
1. The Law of Georgia on Nuclear and Radiation Safety of 20 March 2012 shall be declared void, with the exception of Chapter IV of this Law (The Legislative Herald of Georgia (www.matsne.gov.ge), 03/23/2012, registration code: 360090000.05.001.016631).

2. 2026 წლის 1 იანვრიდან ძალადაკარგულად გამოცხადდეს „ბირთვული და რადიაციული უსაფრთხოების შესახებ“ საქართველოს 2012 წლის 20 მარტის კანონის IV თავი.
2. Chapter IV of the Law of Georgia on Nuclear and Radiation Safety of 20 March 2012 shall be declared void from 1 January 2026.

3. ეს კანონი, გარდა ამ კანონის III თავისა, ამოქმედდეს გამოქვეყნებიდან 90-ე დღეს.
3. This Law with the exception of Chapter III shall enter into force on the 90th day after its promulgation.
