To refuse carrying out the client’s instruction in the event of insufficient funds standing to the client’s account and/or incorrect (in breach of this agreement or provisions stipulated in sources disseminated by the bank) notification sent to the bank or existence of any outstanding debts towards the bank;

კლიენტს გაუგზავნოს მოკლე ტექსტური შეტყობინება კრედიტის (სესხის, ოვერდრაფტის, საკრედიტო ლიმიტის ან/და სხვა საკრედიტო პროდუქტის) ოდენობის, დაფარვის თარიღის, დავალიანების ან/და შესრულებული ავტომატური გადარიცხვის შესახებ (ბანკი არ არის ვალდებული კლიენტს გაუგზავნოს ასეთი შეტყობინება და ნებისმიერ შემთხვევაში, მიუხედავად იმისა, მიიღებს თუ არა ბანკის შეტყობინებას, კლიენტი ვალდებულია დროულად დაფაროს კრედიტი (სესხი,ოვერდრაფტი,საკრედიტო ლიმიტი ან/და სხვა საკრედიტო პროდუქტი) და გადაიხადოს სხვა გადასახდელები (საპროცენტო სარგებელი, პირგასამტეხლო, საკომისიო და სხვა).
To send to the client messages on credit amounts (loan, overdraft, credit limit and/or other credit products), payment date, liabilities and/or effected automatic transfers (the bank shall not be under obligation to send the above notifications and in any event, regardless weather the client has received the above notification or not, he/she is under obligation to pay on time the credit (loan, overdraft, credit limit and/or other credit products) as well as other related payables (interest, fines, commissions, etc.).

If the client does not use paid SMS services, the client shall not pay the cost of short text messages sent by the initiative of the bank.

Mobile banking service implies the following as defined by the bank to be performed by the customer without visiting the bank using the software package/application written (installed) in the mobile phone (hereinafter “software”) of the customer:

მობილური ბანკით მომსახურების მიღებისთვის კლიენტმა საკუთარი მობილური ტელეფონის აპარატის მეხსიერებაში ბანკის საინფორმაციო მასალაში მითითებული ინტერნეტ-გვერდიდან უნდა გადაწეროს და გაააქტიუროს სპეციალური კომპიუტერული პროგრამა (შემდგომში „პროგრამა“).
For the purposes of receiving the mobile banking service the client shall record on his/her cell phone memory special computer program (hereinafter the “program”) indicated on the bank’s website and further activate it.

The mobile service is regulated under provisions of this agreement, including exceptions stipulated under this Article.

კლიენტი საბანკო მომსახურებით (სერვისით) სარგებლობისთვის რეგისტრაციას ახორციელებს ამ ხელშეკრულების 11.2.1 ქვეპუნქტში აღნიშნული კოდის ან ინტერნეტ-ბანკის მომხმარებლის სახელისა და პაროლის გამოყენებით.
Customer shall become registered for banking services using the code provided in the subparagraph of this agreement or through internet banking customer’s user name and password.

ამ ხელშეკრულების 11.2.1 ქვეპუნქტში აღნიშნული კოდის პირველივე გამოყენების შემდეგ კლიენტი ვალდებულია შეცვალოს ის ახალი პაროლით მობილური ბანკით სარგებლობისთვის (შემდგომში „პაროლით“).
After the first use of the code provided in the subparagraph 11.2.1 of this agreement the customer must change it with a new password (hereinafter “password”) in order to make the mobile banking services available.

The client shall maintain confidentiality of created by him/her password and not to allow transfer thereof to third parties.
