The budget of the Project is specified in attached Annex 2, which is incorporated into and forms an integral part of this Agreement.

The OSCE Mission shall finance the Project in an amount of up to €25,830 (twenty-five thousand eight hundred and thirty EUR).

საპროექტო ბიუჯეტის საერთო თანხიდან, „მონიტორინგი“ მიიღებს 20 000 ევროს (ოცი ათასი ევროს) ოდენობის თანხას, რომელიც ერთიანი პაუშალური თანხის სახით იქნება გადახდილი შვიდი სამუშაო დღის განმავლობაში ამ შეთანხმების მისი ყველა მხარის მიერ ხელმოწერისა და ანგარიშფაქტურის წარდგენის შემდეგ.
Out of the total amount of the Project budget, Monitoring shall receive €20,000 (twenty thousand EUR), which shall be paid in one lump sum within seven working days upon signature of this Agreement by all Parties and presentation of the invoice.

Out of the total amount of the Project budget, €1,690 (one thousand six hundred and ninety EUR) shall be used to cover OSCE administrative overhead.

Delta and Monitoring shall provide the OSCE Mission Project Manager with both a final narrative and a financial report no later than fifteen days following the completion of the Project.

დასკვნით აღწერით ანგარიშში შედის: (ა) პროექტის მიზნების მოკლე გამეორება; (ბ) ჩატარებული სამუშაოების რეზიუმე; (გ) ინფორმაცია მიზნების მიღწევის შესახებ; (დ) პროექტის შეფასება, იმ პრობლემებისა და წარმატებების ჩათვლით, რომლებსაც პროექტის მსვლელობაში ჰქონდა ადგილი; და (ე) საერთო ზემოქმედების შეფასება.
A final narrative report shall provide: (a) A brief reiteration of the Project objectives; (b) A summary of the activities undertaken; (c) Information on the achievement of the objectives; (d) An evaluation of the Project, including any problems or successes encountered; (e) An evaluation of the overall impact.

„დელტასა“ და „მონიტორინგს“ ევროებში გადაჰყავთ ფაქტობრივი დანახარჯები, იყენებენ რა საქართველოს ეროვნული ბანკის ოფიციალურ გაცვლით კურსს, არსებულს იმ თარიღისთვის, როდესაც ეუთოს მისიის მიერ განხორციელებული გადახდა დაფიქსირებულია „დელტასა“ და „მონიტორინგის“ საბანკო ანგარიშებზე.
Delta and Monitoring shall convert into EURO the actual expenditures using the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Georgia existing on the date when the payment from the OSCE Mission is recorded to the Delta and Monitoring bank accounts.

„დელტა“ და „მონიტორინგი“ აწარმოებენ იურიდიული ძალის მქონე ფინანსურ და საბუხჰალტრო დოკუმენტებს, რომლებიც შეეხება ეუთოს მისიის მიერ დაფინანსებულ პროექტს, და იძლევიან შესაბამის ფინანსურ ინფორმაციას, მათ შორის საბანკო ანგარიშიდან ამონაწერებს, რომლებიც ამ შენატანს შეეხება.
Delta and Monitoring shall keep legally valid financial and accounting documents concerning the Project funded by the OSCE Mission, and make available relevant financial information, including statements of account concerning this contribution.

პროექტის რეალიზაციისთვის საჭირო მოწყობილობას და/ან სხვა საქონელს, ეუთოს მისიის თანხმობის პირობით, შეისყიდის ეუთოს მისია თავისი შესყიდვის წესების თანახმად.
Any equipment and/or other goods needed for the implementation of the Project shall be, subject to OSCE Mission's approval, procured by the OSCE Mission in accordance with its procurement rules.
