პროექტის რეალიზაციისთვის საჭირო მოწყობილობას და/ან სხვა საქონელს, ეუთოს მისიის თანხმობის პირობით, შეისყიდის ეუთოს მისია თავისი შესყიდვის წესების თანახმად.
Any equipment and/or other goods needed for the implementation of the Project shall be, subject to OSCE Mission's approval, procured by the OSCE Mission in accordance with its procurement rules.

პროექტის დასრულების შემდეგ მოწყობილობა ან გადაეცემა პროექტის მიმღებებს, რომლებიც პროექტის აღწერაში არიან აღნიშნულნი, ანდა გამოყენებული იქნება ეუთოს მისიის სხვა მიმდინარე პროექტებისთვის, იმისდა მიხედვით, თუ რამდენად წარმატებულად შესრულდება ამ შეთანხმების მიხედვით განსაზღვრული ამოცანები, რასაც ეუთოს მისია დაადგენს.
Upon expiration of the Project, the equipment shall be either transferred to the recipients of the Project, as specified in the Project description, or used for other ongoing OSCE Mission projects, depending on the successful completion of the specified tasks under this Agreement as determined by the OSCE Mission.

The portion of the contribution paid under this Agreement which has not been utilized at the completion of the Project will be repaid to the OSCE Mission within fifteen days of that date.

ეუთოს მისიას შეუძლია მთლიანად ან ნაწილობრივ უკანვე გამოითხოვოს გამოყოფილი თანხა „დელტასგან“ ან „მონიტორინგისგან“: (ა) თუ ადგილი ექნა საპროექტო წინადადებაში წარმოდგენილი გეგმებიდან და ბიუჯეტებიდან არსებით გადახვევას ეუთოს მისიის თანხმობის გარეშე; ან (ბ) თუ წინამდებარე შეთანხმებაში მოყვანილი პირობები არ სრულდება ან სრულად არ არის დაცული.
The OSCE Mission may reclaim the disbursed amount, wholly or in part, from Delta or Monitoring: a) if substantial deviation from presented plans and budgets in the Project proposal has occurred without the OSCE Mission's consent; b) if the conditions set out in the present Agreement are not fulfilled or fully respected.

„დელტა“ და „მონიტორინგი“ ათავისუფლებენ და იცავენ ეუთოს მისიას ყველა იმ პრეტენზიის, ზარალისა და ზიანისაგან, რომლებიც ეუთოს მისიამ შეიძლება განიცადოს მის მიერ პროექტის დაფინანსების შედეგად ან მასთან დაკავშირებით.
Delta and Monitoring shall indemnify and hold the OSCE Mission harmless from all claims, losses and damages which the OSCE Mission may sustain in consequence of or arising out of its funding of the Project.

Delta and Monitoring and the staff placed under their supervision for the implementation of the Project shall avoid any action which may adversely reflect on the image and status of the OSCE Mission.

The OSCE Mission funding of Project activities shall be acknowledged in any printed or otherwise published material prepared in connection with the project.

Any printed or otherwise published material prepared in connection with the Project shall contain a disclaimer that the content of the publication does not necessarily reflect the opinions of the OSCE Mission and the donor.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in relation to this Agreement shall be settled through discussions between or among the Parties.
