ზ) საქართველოს ფინანსთა სამინისტროს მმართველობის სფეროში შემავალი საჯარო სამართლის იურიდიული პირი − შემოსავლების სამსახური − ორმაგი დანიშნულების პროდუქციის ექსპორტის, იმპორტის ან ტრანზიტის ნებართვის გაცემა, ბირთვული ან სხვა რადიოაქტიური მასალის საქართველოს ტერიტორიიდან ექსპორტის, საქართველოს ტერიტორიაზე იმპორტისა და ტრანზიტის კონტროლი.
g) the Revenue Service, a legal entity of public law under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia - issuing permits for the export, import or transit of dual-use products, controlling exports of nuclear or other radioactive materials from the territory of Georgia, as well as their import into and transit within the territory of Georgia.

ე) საქართველოს კანონმდებლობით გათვალისწინებული მოთხოვნების, სალიცენზიო, სანებართვო ან სარეგისტრაციო პირობების დარღვევისა და არაავტორიზებული ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის გამოვლენის შემთხვევაში იძულებითი ზომების მიღება საქართველოს კანონმდებლობის შესაბამისად;
e) taking compulsory measures in accordance with the legislation of Georgia in case of violation of the requirements provided for by the legislation of Georgia, licence, permit or registration conditions, as well as detection of unauthorized nuclear radiation activities;
