x) carrying out any other activity falling within the competence of the Regulatory Authority in accordance with this Law and relevant normative acts.

რადიაციული დაცვის, ბირთვული უსაფრთხოებისა და დაცულობის სფეროებში აფხაზეთისა და აჭარის ავტონომიური რესპუბლიკების შესაბამისი ორგანოების კომპეტენცია განისაზღვრება ამ კანონითა და სხვა ნორმატიული აქტებით.
The competence of the relevant bodies of the Autonomous Republics of Abkhazia and Ajara in the field of radiation protection, nuclear safety and security shall be determined by this Law and other normative acts.

ამ კანონის მიზნებიდან გამომდინარე, რადიაციული დაცვის, ბირთვული უსაფრთხოებისა და დაცულობის სფეროებში აფხაზეთისა და აჭარის ავტონომიური რესპუბლიკების შესაბამისი ორგანოების კომპეტენციას განეკუთვნება:
Based on the purposes of this Law, the competence of the relevant bodies of the Autonomous Republics of Abkhazia and Ajara in the field of radiation protection, nuclear safety and security shall include:

a) assistance in the implementation of State policy in these areas;

c) supporting the exercise of their powers by the regulatory bodies in the territories under their jurisdiction, within the limits established by the legislation of Georgia;

დ) მაიონებელი გამოსხივების მავნე ზემოქმედების შედეგად დაზარალებული მოსახლეობისთვის საქართველოს კანონმდებლობით დადგენილი წესით დახმარების გაწევა;
d) providing assistance to the population affected by the harmful effects of ionising radiation, in the manner established by the legislation of Georgia;

ე) მათი იურისდიქციისადმი დაქვემდებარებულ ტერიტორიებზე მაღალი რადიაციული რისკის მქონე ობიექტების განთავსების ან მათი ექსპლუატაციის შეწყვეტის შესახებ გადაწყვეტილებების მიღებაში მონაწილეობა.
e) participating in decision-making on the location of facilities with high radiation risk in the territories under their jurisdiction or on the termination of their operation.
