ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის სარეგისტრაციო, სალიცენზიო და სანებართვო მოწმობების ფორმები განისაზღვრება „ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის შეტყობინებისა და ავტორიზაციის წესის დამტკიცების თაობაზე“ საქართველოს მთავრობის დადგენილებით.
The forms of registration, licence and permit certificates for nuclear and radiation activities shall be determined by the Ordinance of the Government of Georgia on Approval of the Procedure for Notification and Authorisation of Nuclear Radiation Activities.

მარეგულირებელი ორგანო არეგისტრირებს შემდეგ ბირთვულ და რადიაციულ საქმიანობებს:
The Regulatory Authority shall register the following types of nuclear and radiation activities:

ა) რენტგენის დანადგარის (გარდა რკინიგზის სტაციონარული რენტგენის სკანერის და სატრანსპორტო საშუალების საკონტროლო სტაციონარული ან მობილური რენტგენის სისტემებისა) გამოყენებით ბარგის კონტროლი;
a) baggage inspection using X-ray equipment (with the exception of railway station X-ray scanners and station or mobile X-ray inspection systems for vehicles);

ბ) დენტალური, ინტრაორალური რენტგენოდიაგნოსტიკური მოწყობილობების გამოყენება;
b) the use of dental, intraoral X-ray diagnostic devices;

გ) ოსტეოდენსიტომეტრიის რენტგენოდიაგნოსტიკური მოწყობილობების გამოყენება;

დ) მეორადი რენტგენის გამოსხივების მაგენერირებელი მოწყობილობების გამოყენება;
d) the use of devices that generate secondary X-rays;

ე) რადიოფარმპრეპარატებით, მაიონებელი გამოსხივების წყაროებით (გარდა I, II და III კატეგორიების რადიოაქტიური წყაროებისა) ვაჭრობა;
e) trade in radiopharmaceuticals, ionising radiation sources (except for radioactive sources of Categories I, II and III);

კ) ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის ტექნიკური ან/და საკონსულტაციო მომსახურების გაწევა;
j) provision of technical and/or consulting services for nuclear and radiation activities;

ლ) რადიაციული დაცვის, ბირთვული უსაფრთხოებისა და დაცულობის სფეროებში ტრენინგებისა და კურსების ჩატარება.
k) conducting trainings and courses in the field of radiation protection, nuclear safety and security.

მარეგულირებელი ორგანოსთვის ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის რეგისტრაციისთვის წარსადგენი დოკუმენტაცია განისაზღვრება ამ კანონითა და შესაბამისი კანონქვემდებარე ნორმატიული აქტებით.
The documentation submitted to the Regulatory Authority for the registration of nuclear and radiation activities shall be determined by this Law and relevant subordinate normative acts.

მარეგულირებელი ორგანო ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის რეგისტრაციას განუსაზღვრელი ვადით ახორციელებს.
The Regulatory Authority shall register nuclear and radiation activities for an indefinite period.

ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის რეგისტრაციის მემკვიდრეობით ან სხვა სახით გადაცემა დაუშვებელია.
Transfer of registration of nuclear and radiation activities by inheritance or otherwise shall not be allowed.

მარეგულირებელი ორგანო ლიცენზიას გასცემს იმ ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის განხორციელების უფლების მინიჭებისათვის, რომელიც შეტყობინებასა და რეგისტრაციას არ ექვემდებარება და საქართველოს კანონმდებლობის მიხედვით არ არის გამორიცხული რეგულირებიდან.
The Regulatory Authority shall issue a licence granting the right to carry out nuclear and radiation activities that are not subject to notification and registration and are not excluded from regulation in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.

მარეგულირებელი ორგანო ლიცენზიას განუსაზღვრელი ვადით გასცემს, „ლიცენზიებისა და ნებართვების შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონით დადგენილი წესით.
The Regulatory Authority shall issue a licence for an indefinite period in the manner established by the Law of Georgia on Licences and Permits.

რეგისტრაციის ან/და ლიცენზიის მფლობელმა რეგისტრაციისა ან/და ლიცენზიისადმი დაქვემდებარებული საქმიანობის გასაფართოებლად საქართველოს კანონმდებლობით განსაზღვრული დოკუმენტაცია მარეგულირებელ ორგანოს უნდა წარუდგინოს.
A holder of registration and/or licence shall be obliged to submit to the Regulatory Authority the documentation specified by the legislation of Georgia in order to expand the activities subject to registration and/or licence.

ლიცენზიის მფლობელმა რეგისტრაციისადმი დაქვემდებარებული ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის დასაწყებად, მარეგულირებელ ორგანოს უნდა წარუდგინოს თავის მიერ განზრახული ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის რეგისტრაციისათვის საქართველოს კანონმდებლობით გათვალისწინებული დოკუმენტაცია.
In order to start nuclear and radiation activities subject to registration, a licence holder must submit to the Regulatory Authority the documentation provided for by the legislation of Georgia for the registration of the nuclear and radiation activities intended by him/her.
