რეგისტრაციის მფლობელმა ლიცენზირებისადმი დაქვემდებარებული ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის დასაწყებად მარეგულირებელ ორგანოს უნდა წარუდგინოს თავის მიერ განზრახული ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის ლიცენზირებისათვის საქართველოს კანონმდებლობით გათვალისწინებული დოკუმენტაცია.
In order to start nuclear and radiation activities subject to licensing, a licence holder must submit to the Regulatory Authority the documentation provided for by the legislation of Georgia for licensing the nuclear and radiation activities intended by him/her.

The Regulatory Authority shall issue permits for nuclear and radiation activities for the following types of activities:

ვ) ბირთვული ტექნოლოგიების ან ნოუ-ჰაუს იმპორტი, ექსპორტი;

ზ) რადიოაქტიური ნარჩენების ექსპორტი.

მარეგულირებელმა ორგანომ ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის ნებართვა შეიძლება გასცეს არაუმეტეს 1 წლის ვადით:
The Regulatory Authority may issue permits for nuclear and radiation activities for a period not exceeding 1 year:

ა) შესაბამისი ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის რეგისტრაციის ან/და ლიცენზიის ფარგლებში ერთჯერადი ქმედების განსახორციელებლად;
a) to carry out a one-time action within the framework of registration and/or licensing of relevant nuclear and radiation activities;

ბ) შესაბამისი ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის რეგისტრაციის ან/და ლიცენზიის გარეშე რადიოაქტიური მასალის ტრანზიტისა და ბირთვული ტექნოლოგიების ან ნოუ-ჰაუს ერთჯერადი იმპორტის განსახორციელებლად;
b) for the transit of radioactive material and the single import of nuclear technologies or know-how without the registration and/or licence of the relevant nuclear and radiation activities;

გ) შესაბამისი ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის რეგისტრაციის ან/და ლიცენზიის ფარგლებში, სამედიცინო დანიშნულების რადიოფარმპრეპარატების მრავალჯერადი იმპორტის ან/და ექსპორტის განსახორციელებლად;
c) for the multiple import and/or export of radiopharmaceutical products for medical purposes within the framework of registration and/or licensing of relevant nuclear and radiation activities;

დ) შესაბამისი ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის რეგისტრაციის ან/და ლიცენზიის გარეშე, სამედიცინო დანიშნულების რადიოფარმპრეპარატების მრავალჯერადი ტრანზიტის განსახორციელებლად.
d) for multiple transit of radiopharmaceutical products for medical purposes without registration and/or licensing of relevant nuclear and radiation activities.

საქართველოს ფინანსთა სამინისტროს მმართველობის სფეროში შემავალი საჯარო სამართლის იურიდიული პირი – შემოსავლების სამსახური ვალდებულია მარეგულირებელი ორგანოსა და საქართველოს თავდაცვის სამინისტროს სამხედრო-ტექნიკურ საკითხთა მუდმივმოქმედი კომისიის მიერ მოთხოვნის შემთხვევებში წარუდგინოს მათ სამედიცინო დანიშნულების რადიოფარმპრეპარატების მრავალჯერადი იმპორტის ნებართვის საფუძველზე პირის მიერ განხორციელებული ქმედებების შესახებ ინფორმაცია.
The Revenue Service, a legal entity of public law under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, shall be obliged, upon request from the Regulatory Authority and the Standing Commission on Military-Technical Issues of the Ministry of Defence of Georgia, to provide them with information on the actions taken by the person on the basis of a permit for the multiple importation of medical radiopharmaceuticals.

წარსადგენი ინფორმაციის ნუსხა, ინფორმაციის მიწოდების წესი და ფორმა განისაზღვრება საქართველოს მთავრობის დადგენილებით.
The list of information to be provided, the procedure and the form of information provision shall be determined by an ordinance of the Government of Georgia.

ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის ავტორიზაციის მფლობელი უფლებამოსილია: ა) განახორციელოს ავტორიზებული ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობა მარეგულირებული ორგანოს მიერ განსაზღვრული სარეგისტრაციო, სალიცენზიო ან/და სანებართვო შეზღუდვების შესაბამისად;
The holder of an authorisation of nuclear and radiation activities shall have the right to: a) carry out permitted nuclear and radiation activities in accordance with the registration, licence and/or permit restrictions established by the Regulatory Authority;

ბ) რეგისტრაციის, ლიცენზიის ან/და ნებართვის გაცემაზე უარის თქმის შემთხვევაში მარეგულირებელი ორგანოსგან მიიღოს წერილობითი განმარტება;
b) receive a written explanation from the Regulatory Authority in case of refusal to grant registration, licence and/or permit;

გ) რეგისტრაციის, ლიცენზიის ან/და ნებართვის გაცემაზე უარის თქმის ან რეგისტრაციის, ლიცენზიის ან/და ნებართვის გაუქმების შემთხვევაში გაასაჩივროს იგი საქართველოს კანონმდებლობის შესაბამისად.
c) in case of refusal to issue registration, licence and/or permit, or cancellation of registration, licence and/or permit, appeal this decision in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.

In order to ensure radiation protection, nuclear safety and security, preparedness and appropriate response to a nuclear or radiological emergency, the holder of an authorisation of nuclear and radiation activities shall, in accordance with the differentiated approach provided for by the legislation of Georgia, be obliged to:
