მარეგულირებელი ორგანო ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის მართვისა და მარეგულირებელი ზედამხედველობის შესახებ ინფორმაციის მისაღებად აწარმოებს უწყებრივ რეესტრსდა ახორციელებს მასში მოცემული ინფორმაციის დაცვის ღონისძიებებს საქართველოს კანონმდებლობის შესაბამისად.
The Regulatory Authority shall maintain a departmental register for obtaining information on the management and regulatory supervision of nuclear and radiation activities and shall take measures to protect the information contained therein in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.

მარეგულირებელი ორგანოსა და ავტორიზაციის მფლობელი პირის ვალდებულებები მაიონებელი გამოსხივების წყაროს, რადიოაქტიური ნარჩენების და ავტორიზაციის უწყებრივი რეესტრის წარმოებასთან დაკავშირებით, ასევე უწყებრივ რეესტრში დაცულ ინფორმაციასთან მისი დაშვება განსაზღვრულია „ტექნიკური რეგლამენტის − „მაიონებელი გამოსხივების წყაროების, რადიოაქტიური ნარჩენების, ავტორიზაციის, შეტყობინების უწყებრივი რეესტრის შექმნისა და წარმოების წესის, მაიონებელი გამოსხივების წყაროების კატეგორიზაციის“ დამტკიცების შესახებ“ საქართველოს მთავრობის დადგენილებით.
The responsibilities of the Regulatory Authority and an authorised person with respect to maintaining the departmental register of ionising radiation sources, radioactive waste and permits, as well as their access to information stored in the departmental register, shall be determined by the Ordinance of the Government of Georgia on Approval of the “Technical Regulations - Procedure for the Creation and Maintenance of the Departmental Register of Ionising Radiation Sources, Radioactive Waste, Permissions, Notifications, and Categorisation of Ionising Radiation Sources”.

მარეგულირებელი ორგანოს ვალდებულებები ინსპექტირების უწყებრივ რეესტრში დაცულ ინფორმაციასთან დაკავშირებით განისაზღვრება „ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის ინსპექტირების განხორციელების წესის“ დამტკიცების შესახებ მინისტრის ბრძანებით.
The duties of the Regulatory Authority in relation to information stored in the departmental register of inspections shall be determined by the Order of the Minister on Approval of the Procedure for Inspections of Nuclear and Radiation Activities”.

მარეგულირებელი ორგანოს ვალდებულებები ბირთვული მასალების უწყებრივ რეესტრში მოწოდებულ ინფორმაციასთან დაკავშირებით განისაზღვრება „ბირთვული გაუვრცელებლობის გარანტიებთან დაკავშირებული საქმიანობის განხორციელების წესის დამტკიცების შესახებ“ მინისტრის ბრძანებით.
The responsibilities of the Regulatory Authority with respect to information contained in the departmental register of nuclear materials shall be determined by the Order of the Minister on Approval of the Procedure for Carrying out Activities Related to Nuclear Non-proliferation Guarantees”.

თ) საქართველოს გარემოს დაცვისა და სოფლის მეურნეობის სამინისტროს სისტემაში შემავალი საჯარო სამართლის იურიდიული პირის – ბირთვული და რადიაციული უსაფრთხოების სააგენტოს მიერ გაწეული მომსახურების სახეები და ამ მომსახურების საფასურის ოდენობები.
h) the types of services provided by the Agency of Nuclear and Radiation Safety, a Legal Entity of Public Law within the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, and the amount of fees for these services.
