1. ავტონომიური რესპუბლიკის უმაღლესი საბჭოს სხდომაზე ავტონომიური რესპუბლიკის რესპუბლიკური ბიუჯეტის კანონის პროექტსა და მთავრობის მოხსენებას მიმდინარე წლის ავტონომიური რესპუბლიკის რესპუბლიკური ბიუჯეტის შესრულების შესახებ წარადგენს ავტონომიური რესპუბლიკის მთავრობის თავმჯდომარე ან მთავრობის რომელიმე წევრი შესაბამისი სამართლებრივი აქტით მიღებული დავალებით.
