3. In this case if the information of the budgetary request differs from the information given in subparagraphs (c.b), (c.c) and (d), paragraph 4, Article 95 of the present Code, the office of payment, together with the budgetary request, shall submit the information to the financial agency about the cause of such a discrepancy.
