Any changes in tariff rates determined under this Contract must be notified in writing by the “Terminal” to the “Principal” and customers, 15 calendar days before making any such changes.

ღირებულებას სხვა სახის მომსახურებისათვის, რომელიც არ არის აღნიშნული ამ ხელშეკრულების 5.4 პუნქტის ჩამონათვალში კონტეინერის(ების), ტვირთის მიმღებები (ექსპედიტორები) უხდიან ”ტერმინალს” პუნქტი 5.1-ით გათვალისწინებულ დანართებში მოცემული ტარიფის თანახმად.
Charges for services of other types which are not included in the list shown in paragraph 5.4 of this Contract, shall be paid by the receivers of container(s)/goods (forwarders) to the “Terminal” in accordance with the tariffs set out in the Annexes provided for by paragraph 5.1.

ტერმინალზე (საბაჟო საწყობში) კონტეინერის შენახვის ხანგრძლივობა აითვლება სახაზო გემიდან სავსე კონტეინერების მთლიანად დაცლის დღიდან მისი მიმღების (ექსპედიტორის) მიერ გატანის (ტერმინალზე დაცლის) დღემდე.
The duration of holding a container at the terminal (customs storage facility) shall be calculated from the day of the complete unloading of full containers from a line ship till the day of their being taken out (emptying at the terminal) by the receiver (forwarder).

At the same time, the days of the unloading and taking out of a container shall be considered as one day.

კონტეინერის(ების) მიმღები(ები) ტვირთის საბოლოო დანიშნულების ადგილამდე გადასატანად MSC კონტეინერის(ების) გამოყენებისათვის, ასევე კონტეინერის(ების) მოცდენისათვის დაწესებულ საზღაურს უხდის (ან) უშუალოდ ”პრინციპალს”.
The charges envisaged for the use of MSC container(s) for the transportation of the goods to the point of final destination, as well as for the demurrage of container(s), shall be paid by the receiver(s) of container(s) (or) immediately to the “Principal”.

”პრინციპალი”-ს მიერ ხდება კლიენტებისაგან საზღვაო ფრახტის, სახმელეთო გადაზიდვისა და სხვა სახის საზღაურების (მანიფესტის მიხედვით) მიღება და კლიენტზე ინვოისების წარდგენა.
The “Principal” shall receive sea freight charges, charges for land transportation and other charges (according to the manifest) from the customers and present invoices to a customer.

”პრინციპალი” უხდის ”ტერმინალს” ცარიელი კონტეინერების შენახვის, დაცვის, სატრანსპორტო საშუალებაზე დატვირთვის, ნავსადგურის ტერმინალამდე ტრანსპორტირების, სახაზო გემზე დატვირთვის ღირებულებას თანახმად ამ ხელშეკრულების # 3 დანართში მოცემული ტარიფებისა.
The “Principal” shall pay to the “Terminal” the costs envisaged for the storage, protection, loading onto a transport vehicle, transportation to the Port terminal and loading into a line ship of the empty containers in accordance with the tariffs set out in Annex 3 to this Contract.
