As the MSC General Agent – for the amount of goods loaded in the containers delivered by line ships (provided that there is no damage to the container brand under which it has been accepted in the customs storage facility of the “Terminal”, and that the air-tightness of the container is not violated), for the conformity with the bill of lading (manifest), their timely removal from the customs storage facility of the “Terminal.”

Any changes in tariff rates determined under this Contract must be notified in writing by the “Terminal” to the “Principal” and customers, 15 calendar days before making any such changes.
