Charges for services of other types which are not included in the list shown in paragraph 5.4 of this Contract, shall be paid by the receivers of container(s)/goods (forwarders) to the “Terminal” in accordance with the tariffs set out in the Annexes provided for by paragraph 5.1.

The duration of holding a container at the terminal (customs storage facility) shall be calculated from the day of the complete unloading of full containers from a line ship till the day of their being taken out (emptying at the terminal) by the receiver (forwarder).

The charges envisaged for the use of MSC container(s) for the transportation of the goods to the point of final destination, as well as for the demurrage of container(s), shall be paid by the receiver(s) of container(s) (or) immediately to the “Principal”.

The “Principal” shall pay to the “Terminal” the costs envisaged for the storage, protection, loading onto a transport vehicle, transportation to the Port terminal and loading into a line ship of the empty containers in accordance with the tariffs set out in Annex 3 to this Contract.

კონტეინერის(ების), ტვირთის 90 კალენდარული დღის ფარგლებში მიმღების მიერ გაუტანლობისა და სათანადო დოკუმენტების უქონლობის გამო კონტეინერის(ების), ტვირთის საბაჟო საწყობში მუდმივ შენახვაზე გაუფორმებლობისათვის საბაჟო სამსახურის მიერ ”ტერმინალზე” დაკისრებული ჯარიმის(ების) თანხას ფარავს ”პრინციპალი”, რომელიც თავის მხრივ ამ თანხის გადახდას აკისრებს კონტეინერის(ების) ტვირთის მიმღებს.
The amount of fine(s) imposed by the customs service on the “Terminal” in case of the failure on the part of a receiver within 90 calendar days to take out the container(s), goods and, due to the lack of relevant documents, to officially register the container(s), goods for permanent holding in the customs storage facility, shall be paid by the “Principal” who, on its part, shall exact the payment of this sum from the receiver of container(s), goods.

Relations with the receivers of container(s), goods shall be maintained by the “Principal”, providing them with the information concerning the delivery of the container(s) to the terminal and the beginning of their issuance.
