Not to accept a container (goods) from a ship, if there is no brand on it or/and its inscription does not coincide with the data indicated in the bill of lading, manifest, CMR, customs declaration, railroad bill of lading, or/and with the data of the relevant attested document concerning the difference in container brands, which must be signed by the “Operator”, “Principal” and the officials of customs service.

In case of necessity, to use for the storage of containers a terminal (customs storage facility) of other companies, keeping, at the same time, unchanged the amount of THC for the customers and service tariffs for the “Principal”, established under this Contract.
