With reference to paragraph1., 3., 4. and 5. of the Exchange of Notes between the Government of Japan and the Government of Georgia dated (the date of signature of Exchange of Notes) (hereinafter referred to as “the Exchange of Notes”) concerning the Japanese cultural cooperation for the project for the Improvement of Japanese Language Learning Equipment of Tbilisi State University (hereinafter referred to as " the Project"), the representatives of the Government of Japan and of the Government of Georgia wish to record the following procedural details which have been agreed upon between the authorities concerned of the two Governments.
