ეს შეთანხმება ძალაში შედის ყველა მხარის მიერ მისი ხელმოწერისას და ძალაში რჩება ამ შეთანხმებიდან გამომდინარე ვალდებულებათა შესრულებამდე, თუკი მისი მოქმედება უფრო ადრე არ შეწყდება ეუთოს მისიის, „დელტას“ ან „მონიტორინგის“ მიერ არანაკლებ თოთხმეტი (14) დღით ადრე წერილობითი შეტყობინების გაგზავნის გზით.
This Agreement shall enter into force when signed by all Parties and remain valid until the execution of the obligations deriving from this Agreement, unless it is terminated earlier by the provision of not less than fourteen (14) days written notice by the OSCE Mission, Delta or Monitoring.

The portion of the contribution paid under this Agreement which has not been utilized at the completion of the Project will be repaid to the OSCE Mission within fifteen days of that date.

In case of termination and without prejudice to Article 6 above, Delta and Monitoring shall be entitled to payment of the contribution only for the part of the Project carried out.

Should circumstances arise which call the feasibility of the Project into question, or which induce major adjustments to the Project, Delta and Monitoring shall obtain the OSCE Mission's written approval before continuing the Project or before implementing such changes.

ამის გათვალისწინებით, ვინაიდან მონტაჟისთვის მოსამზადებლად ჯერ კიდევ დიდძალი სამუშაოა შესასრულებელი, ეუთოს მისია საქართველოში და დელტა შეთანხმდნენ, რომ პროექტი ხელახლა დაიწყება 1-ლი დეკემბრიდან და რომ დელტა წარმოადგენს შესწორებულ ბიუჯეტს, რომელიც შესაძლებელს გახდის საჭირო სამშენებლო მასალების შეძენასა და არსებული მუშახელისთვის გასამრჯელოს გადახდას.
In view of this, as there is still a lot of work to be done to prepare for the installation, the OSCE Mission to Georgia and DELTA agreed that the project would restart from 1 December and that DELTA would submit an amended budget that would allow for the required building materials to be purchased and the actual labour force to be paid.
