Appropriate assessment procedures shall be established for cases of unauthorised access to the perimeter; Similar procedures shall be established for the immediate notification of the alarm to the agencies responsible for the response.

The category of unirradiated nuclear fuel of Category I or II may be reduced by one category if the radiation dose rate at a distance of one meter without protection exceeds 1 Sv/h.
