რეგულირებიდან ამოღების დონე განისაზღვრება ,,ტექნიკური რეგლამენტის − „მაიონებელი გამოსხივების წყაროებთან მოპყრობის რადიაციული უსაფრთხოების ნორმებისა და ძირითადი მოთხოვნების“ დამტკიცების შესახებ“ საქართველოს მთავრობის 2025 წლის 17 მარტის №77 დადგენილებით დამტკიცებული ტექნიკური რეგლამენტის „რეგულირებიდან ამოღების და გათავისუფლების ძირითადი კრიტერიუმები“ − დანართ №1-ში.
The level of deregulation shall be determined in the Annex №1 to the Technical Rules “Key Criteria for Deregulation and Exemption” approved by the Ordinance №77 of the Government of Georgia of 17 March 2025 on Approval of the Technical Rules “Radiation Safety Norms and Basic Requirements for Handling Ionising Radiation Sources”.
