ა) ტრანსპორტირების დროს დროებითი შენახვისათვის გათვალისწინებული შენობა-ნაგებობის ბირთვული დაცულობის შესაბამისობა იმ ზომებთან, რომლებიც დადგენილია ბირთვული და რადიაციული ობიექტისთვის, ბირთვული მასალების, რადიოაქტიური წყაროების ან/და რადიოაქტიური ნარჩენებისთვის.
a) ensuring compliance of the nuclear safety of buildings and structures intended for temporary storage during transportation with the measures established for nuclear and radiation facilities, nuclear materials, radioactive sources and/or radioactive waste.

All personnel involved in the transportation process shall be properly trained in nuclear safety and security issues.

Enhanced nuclear safety measures during transportation shall include both basic and additional measures involving enhanced detection, retardation, response, and protection of confidential information.

The transportation route (with restrictions on passage through populated areas) and the time must be agreed with the authorities specified in the legislation of Georgia.

During transportation, escorts by security personnel must be organised in accordance with the requirements established by the legislation of Georgia.

ტრანსპორტირებისას გამოყენებული უნდა იქნეს მხოლოდ ისეთი სატრანსპორტო საშუალება, რომელიც აკმაყოფილებს საქართველოს კანონმდებლობით გათვალისწინებულ მოთხოვნებს.
During transportation, only such means of transportation shall be used that comply with the requirements stipulated by the legislation of Georgia.

ბირთვული მასალების ბირთვული დაცულობის დონე განისაზღვრება ამ დადგენილების დანართ №4-ით - „ბირთვული მასალების კატეგორიზაცია“ განსაზღვრული ბირთვული მასალის კატეგორიზაციის მიხედვით.
The nuclear safety level of nuclear materials shall be determined in accordance with the categorization of nuclear materials specified in the Annex №4 - Categorization of Nuclear Materials - to this Ordinance.
