თუ ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის რეგისტრაციის მაძიებელი მოითხოვს კონკრეტული საქმიანობის რეგისტრაციის მიღებას ან საქმიანობის გაფართოებას და უკვე ფლობს სხვა ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის რეგისტრაციას ან ლიცენზიას, მარეგულირებელი ორგანო არ იკვლევს იმ სალიცენზიო ან/და სარეგისტრაციო პირობების დამაკმაყოფილებელ ფაქტობრივ გარემოებებს, რომლებიც წინა ლიცენზიის ან/და რეგისტრაციის გაცემისას დადგინდა.
If an applicant for registration of nuclear and radiation activities requests registration of a specific type of activity or expansion of activities and already has registration or licence for another type of nuclear and radiation activity, the Regulatory Authority may not consider the factual circumstances satisfying the conditions of the licence and/or registration established when issuing the previous licence and/or registration.

ამ მუხლის მე-3 და მე-4 პუნქტებით გათვალისწინებული მონაცემების ცვლილების შემთხვევაში რეგისტრირებული პირი ვალდებულია მარეგულირებელ ორგანოს წერილობით აცნობოს ამ ცვლილების თაობაზე და წარუდგინოს სათანადო დოკუმენტები შესაბამისი ცვლილების განხორციელებიდან 7 დღის განმავლობაში.
In the event of a change in the data provided for in the 3rd and 4th paragraphs of this article, the registered person shall be obliged to notify the Regulatory Authority in writing of this change and submit the relevant documents within 7 days from the date of the relevant change.

If a legal entity carries out registered activities in the field of nuclear and radiation safety, its branch shall also have the right to carry out these activities.

რეგისტრირებული იურიდიული პირი ვალდებულია მისი ფილიალის მიერ საქმიანობის განხორციელებისათვის წინასწარ აცნობოს მარეგულირებელ ორგანოს ფილიალის მიერ საქართველოს კანონმდებლობით დადგენილი მოთხოვნების დაკმაყოფილების შესახებ.
A registered legal entity shall be obliged to notify the Regulatory Authority in advance of the branch’s compliance with the requirements established by the legislation of Georgia for carrying out this activity.

დაუშვებელია მარეგულირებელი ორგანოს მიერ ისეთი დამატებითი პირობის ან რეჟიმის დაწესება, რომელიც თავისი შინაარსით გულისხმობს ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის რეგისტრაციის მქონე იურიდიული პირის ფილიალისათვის ცალკე რეგისტრაციის გაცემას.
The Regulatory Authority may not establish such an additional condition or regime, which in its content implies the issuance of a separate registration to a branch of a legal entity registered in the field of nuclear and radiation activities.

მარეგულირებელ ორგანოს უფლება აქვს, დამატებით მოითხოვოს „ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის შეტყობინებისა და ავტორიზაციის წესის დამტკიცების თაობაზე“ საქართველოს მთავრობის დადგენილებით განსაზღვრული სარეგისტრაციო დოკუმენტაციის წარდგენა, დიფერენცირებული მიდგომის შესაბამისად.
The Regulatory Authority shall have the right to additionally request the provision of registration documentation specified in the Ordinance of the Government of Georgia on Approval of the Rules for Notification and Authorization of Nuclear and Radiation Activities, in accordance with a differentiated approach.
