b) develop and implement a decommissioning plan based on the inspection and monitoring of the nuclear radiation facility in accordance with the legislation of Georgia;

გ) მარეგულირებელ ორგანოს წერილობით შეატყობინოს საქმიანობასთან დაკავშირებული ნებისმიერი ცვლილების შესახებ და წარუდგინოს ამ ცვლილებასთან დაკავშირებული შესაბამისი დოკუმენტაცია და რადიაციული დაცვის განახლებული პროგრამა 7 დღის ვადაში;
c) notify the Regulatory Authority in writing of any changes related to the activity and provide relevant documentation regarding these changes and an updated radiation protection programme within 7 days;

f) accept only such ionising radiation source that has the appropriate accompanying documentation, labelling and are placed in a container with the appropriate labelling;

ზ) მაიონებელი გამოსხივების წყაროსა და რადიოაქტიურ ნარჩენებთან მუშაობის უფლება მიანიჭოს მხოლოდ იმ პირებს, რომლებსაც აქვთ სპეციალური პროფესიული ცოდნა, აკმაყოფილებენ საქართველოს კანონმდებლობით დადგენილ პირობებს და აღნიშნული საქმიანობის განხორციელებისათვის სამედიცინო უკუჩვენება არ აქვთ, ხოლო რადიაციული დაცვის, ბირთვული უსაფრთხოებისა და დაცულობის უზრუნველყოფის მოთხოვნების შესრულების უწყვეტი კონტროლის განსახორციელებლად, აგრეთვე რადიაციული დაცვისა და ბირთვული დაცულობისთვის პასუხისმგებელ პირად დანიშნოს შესაბამისი ცოდნის მქონე პირი;
g) grant the right to work with ionising radiation sources and radioactive waste only to persons with special professional knowledge who meet the conditions established by the legislation of Georgia and who do not have medical contraindications for carrying out the above-mentioned activities, and appoint a person with relevant knowledge to carry out continuous monitoring of compliance with the requirements of radiation protection, nuclear safety and security, as well as to fulfil responsibilities for radiation protection and nuclear safety;

თ) ორგანიზება გაუწიოს პერსონალის ჯანმრთელობის ყოველწლიურ პროფესიულ შემოწმებას და დააფინანსოს იგი, ხოლო შემოწმების უარყოფითი შედეგების დადგენისას უზრუნველყოს შესაბამისი პერსონალის სხვა პროფილის სამუშაოზე გადაყვანა;
h) organize and finance annual medical examinations of personnel and, in case of negative examination results, ensure that the relevant personnel are transferred to another job;

მ) მოამზადოს და საქართველოს კანონმდებლობის მოთხოვნების დაცვით შესაბამის პირს გადასცეს ტრანსპორტირებისათვის განკუთვნილი რადიოაქტიური მასალა, რადიოაქტიური წყარო და რადიოაქტიური ნარჩენების საცავში ან რადიოაქტიური ნარჩენების შესანახში განსათავსებელი რადიოაქტიური ნარჩენები;
l) prepare and, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Georgia, transfer to the appropriate person radioactive materials intended for transportation, radioactive sources and radioactive waste to be placed in a radioactive waste storage facility or a radioactive waste storage;

ნ) აღრიცხოს მაიონებელი გამოსხივების წყაროები, ბირთვული მასალები და წარმოქმნილი რადიოაქტიური ნარჩენები, აგრეთვე პერსონალის, მათ შორის, ხელშეკრულებით დასაქმებულ პირთა პროფესიული დასხივების დოზები და ინვენტარიზაციის შედეგები ყოველწლიურად აცნობოს მარეგულირებელ ორგანოს;
m) register sources of ionising radiation, nuclear materials and generated radioactive waste, as well as occupational radiation doses of personnel, including contract employees, and annually submit the results of the inventory to the Regulatory Authority;

ო) შეასრულოს ადამიანსა და გარემოზე მავნე ზემოქმედების თავიდან აცილების, რადიაციული დაცვის, ბირთვული უსაფრთხოებისა და დაცულობის უზრუნველსაყოფად მარეგულირებელი ორგანოს მიერ დადგენილი სარეგისტრაციო, სალიცენზიო ან/და სანებართვო შეზღუდვები;
n) comply with the restrictions set by the Regulatory Authority regarding registration, licensing and/or permits to prevent harmful effects on humans and the environment, radiation protection, nuclear safety and security;

პ) დაუყოვნებლივ გამოიკვლიოს თავის მიერ განხორციელებული ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის ფარგლებში, საქართველოს კანონმდებლობის დარღვევის ნებისმიერი შემთხვევა, მიიღოს ზომები მის აღმოსაფხვრელად და დარღვევის განმეორების თავიდან ასაცილებლად; ხოლო დარღვევისა და მოკვლევის შედეგების თაობაზე წერილობით აცნობოს მარეგულირებელ ორგანოს;
o) immediately investigate any case of violation of the legislation of Georgia within the framework of its nuclear and radiation activities, take measures to eliminate it and prevent the recurrence of violations; and inform the Regulatory Authority in writing about the violation and the results of the investigation;

p) when carrying out activities related to a facility with a high radiation risk, conduct a safety assessment every 10 years and submit an appropriate report to the Regulatory Authority;

ს) მარეგულირებელ ორგანოს ყოველწლიურად, 1 აპრილიდან 1 მაისამდე, წარუდგინოს ანგარიში სალიცენზიო და სარეგისტრაციო პირობების შესრულების შესახებ, გარდა იმ შემთხვევისა, როდესაც იგი ლიცენზიას ან რეგისტრაციას საანგარიშგებო პერიოდის დაწყებამდე 6 თვის განმავლობაში მიიღებს;
r) annually, from 1 April to 1 May, submit to the Regulatory Authority a report on the fulfilment of the licence and registration conditions, except in cases of obtaining a licence or registration within 6 months prior to the beginning of the reporting period;

ამ კანონში მითითებული, ასევე განმცხადებლის მიერ მარეგულირებელი ორგანოსათვის წარდგენილი და მასთან შეთანხმებული დოკუმენტები, სალიცენზიო, სარეგისტრაციო ან/და სანებართვო დოკუმენტაცია და ამ მუხლის პირველი პუნქტით განსაზღვრული ვალდებულებები არის სალიცენზიო, სარეგისტრაციო ან/და სანებართვო პირობები, რომელთა დაცვაც ბირთვული და რადიაციული საქმიანობის ავტორიზაციის მფლობელის მიერ სავალდებულოა.
The documents specified in this Law, as well as the documents submitted by an applicant to the Regulatory Authority and agreed with it, the licensing, registration and/or authorisation documents and the obligations specified in the first paragraph of this article shall be the terms of the licensing, registration and/or authorisation, compliance with which is mandatory for the holder of an authorisation to carry out nuclear and radiation activities.
