რეაგირების გეგმის შემმუშავებელმა პირმა, საქართველოს კანონმდებლობით დადგენილი პერიოდულობით, უნდა გადახედოს მას, განაახლოს და გამოსცადოს იგი.
A person developing the response plan shall be obliged to review, update and verify it at intervals established by the legislation of Georgia.

ავტორიზებულმა პირმა ბირთვული ან რადიოლოგიური საგანგებო სიტუაციის შემთხვევაში უნდა განახორციელოს მარეგულირებელ ორგანოსთან შეთანხმებული რეაგირების გეგმა.
In the event of a nuclear or radiological emergency, an authorised person shall be required to implement a response plan agreed with the Regulatory Authority.

The national Nuclear or Radiological Emergency Response Plan shall be developed by the Regulatory Authority and approved by the Government of Georgia.

ბირთვულ ან რადიოლოგიურ საგანგებო სიტუაციაზე რეაგირების ეროვნული გეგმით უნდა განისაზღვროს ბირთვული ან რადიოლოგიური საგანგებო სიტუაციისათვის მზადყოფნის კატეგორიები, მზადყოფნასა და რეაგირებაში ჩართული ყველა პირის უფლებამოსილებები და მათ მიერ განსახორციელებელი ღონისძიებები, მათ შორის, საჯარო ინფორმაციისა და კომუნიკაციის საკითხები.
The National Nuclear or Radiological Emergency Response Plan shall define the categories of preparedness for a nuclear or radiological emergency, the powers of all persons involved in preparedness and response, as well as the measures they must take, including issues of public awareness and communication.

საქართველოს მთავრობამ გარემოს, ადამიანის სიცოცხლის, ჯანმრთელობისა და ქონების რადიაციული დაცვისა და ბირთვული უსაფრთხოების უზრუნველსაყოფად უნდა განსაზღვროს ბირთვული ან რადიოლოგიური საგანგებო სიტუაციისათვის მზადყოფნისა და მასზე რეაგირების დაცვის სტრატეგია.
The Government of Georgia shall determine a strategy for preparing for and responding to a nuclear or radiological emergency in order to ensure radiation protection of the environment, human life, health and property, as well as nuclear safety.

თუ განვითარებული ბირთვული ან რადიოლოგიური საგანგებო სიტუაციის შედეგად არსებობს საქართველოს ფარგლების გარეთ რადიოაქტიური დაბინძურების გავრცელების რისკი, მარეგულირებელმა ორგანომ, ოფიციალური არხების მეშვეობით, დაუყოვნებლივ უნდა შეატყობინოს ატომური ენერგიის საერთაშორისო სააგენტოსა და იმ ქვეყნების შესაბამის უფლებამოსილ ორგანოებს, რომლებსაც ეხებათ ან შეიძლება შეეხოთ რადიოლოგიურად მნიშვნელოვანი დაბინძურება „ბირთვული ავარიის შემთხვევაში ადრეული შეტყობინების შესახებ“ კონვენციისა და საქართველოს კანონმდებლობის შესაბამისად.
If, as a result of a nuclear or radiological accident, there is a risk of the spread of radioactive contamination beyond Georgia, the Regulatory Authority shall be obliged to immediately notify the International Atomic Energy Agency and the relevant competent authorities of countries that are affected or may be affected by radiologically significant contamination through official channels, in accordance with the Convention on Early Notification of a Nuclear Accident and the legislation of Georgia.

მარეგულირებელი ორგანო ასრულებს ეროვნული პასუხისმგებელი პირის ფუნქციას „ბირთვული ავარიის შემთხვევაში ადრეული შეტყობინების შესახებ“ და „ბირთვული ავარიის ან რადიაციული ავარიული სიტუაციის შემთხვევაში დახმარების შესახებ“ კონვენციების მიზნებისთვის.
The Regulatory Authority shall act as the national responsible person for the purposes of the Conventions on Early Notification of a Nuclear Accident and on Assistance in the Case of a Nuclear Accident or Radiological Emergency.

საქართველოს იურისდიქციის ქვეშ რადიოაქტიური მასალის ტრანსპორტირების მოთხოვნები ატომური ენერგიის საერთაშორისო სააგენტოს უახლესი რეგულაციებისა და „სახიფათო ტვირთების საერთაშორისო საგზაო გადაზიდვების შესახებ“ 1957 წლის 30 სექტემბრის ევროპული შეთანხმების (ADR) შესაბამისად, განისაზღვრება „ტექნიკური რეგლამენტის – „ბირთვული და რადიოაქტიური ნივთიერებების ტრანსპორტირების წესის დამტკიცების შესახებ“ და „ტექნიკური რეგლამენტის – „სატრანსპორტო საშუალებებით სახიფათო ტვირთების გადაზიდვის წესის“ დამტკიცების თაობაზე“ საქართველოს მთავრობის დადგენილებებით.
The requirements for the transportation of radioactive materials under the jurisdiction of Georgia shall, in accordance with the latest provisions of the International Atomic Energy Agency and the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR) of 30 September 1957, be determined by the Ordinances of the Government of Georgia “Technical Regulations on Approval of Rules for the Transportation of Nuclear and Radioactive Substances” and “Technical Regulations on the Approval of the Rules for the Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Vehicles”.
