b) provisions on the periodic review and updating of the list of goods subject to control in order to reflect the results of technological advances and changes in relevant circumstances in the list;

a) the recipient country of the exported goods has made a mandatory declaration on the use of the goods exclusively for peaceful purposes;

c) the recipient country of the exported goods subordinates all its nuclear materials and equipment to the international safeguards’ regime;

დ) მესამე ქვეყანაში საქონლის გადაზიდვა ექვემდებარება ამ ქვეყნის მხრიდან წინასწარი თანხმობის უფლებას;

ე) ექსპორტირებულ მასალაზე გასავრცელებელი ფიზიკური დაცვის დონეები შეესაბამება „ბირთვული ნივთიერებების ფიზიკური დაცვის შესახებ“ კონვენციით დადგენილ დონეს;
e) the levels of physical protection applied to exported material correspond to the levels established by the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material;

ვ) განმცხადებელმა წარმოადგინა ინფორმაცია ექსპორტირებული საქონლის საბოლოო გამოყენებისა და მისი საბოლოო მიმღების თაობაზე, რაც ადასტურებს საქონლის მშვიდობიანი მიზნით და უსაფრთხოდ გამოყენების განზრახვას;
f) the applicant has provided information on the final use of the exported goods and their final recipient, confirming the intention to use the goods for peaceful purposes and safely;

ზ) ბირთვული მასალა არ გადაიგზავნება იმ გეოგრაფიულ არეალში, სადაც საქართველოს მიერ აღიარებული საერთაშორისო ინსტრუმენტების მიხედვით მისი გადაგზავნა დაუშვებელია.
g) nuclear materials will not be transferred to a geographical area where their transfer is prohibited by international instruments recognised by Georgia.
