სამუშაო პროგრამები ეს მემორანდუმი წარმოადგენს საფუძველს სამუშაო პროგრამების დასაარსებლად ორივე მხარის ტექნიკურ კომპეტენტურ ორგანოთა შორის, რომლებიც დაადგენენ საერთო ინტერესის საგნის შემადგენელ სფეროებსა და საკითხებს, განსაზღვრავენ მიზნებსა და გასატარებელ ღონისძიებებს, ორმხრივ ვალდებულებებს, დაფინანსების მეთოდებს და შეთანხმებული პროექტების რეალიზაციაზე პასუხისმგებელ ორგანოებს და/ან დაწესებულებებს.
Work Programs This Memorandum shall be a basis for establishing Work Programs between the technical competent agencies of both Parties, which shall specify the areas and issues of mutual interest, and shall define the objectives and actions to be developed, the mutual obligations, the financing methods and the authorities and/or institutions responsible for the implementation of the agreed projects.

The expenses arising from the cooperation activities agreed and developed in the context of this Memorandum shall be borne by the Parties, with their own resources or with resources obtained from other financing sources, as established at the beginning of each activity to be developed.

ძალაში შესვლა და მოქმედების შეწყვეტა ეს მემორანდუმი ძალაში შედის მისი ხელმოწერის დღეს და ძალაშია ხუთი (5) წლის ვადით, რომელიც ავტომატურად გრძელდება თანაბარი შემდგომი ვადებით, თუკი ერთ-ერთი მხარე, შესაბამისი ვადის ამოწურვამდე არანაკლებ ექვსი (6) თვით ადრე, წერილობით არ აცნობებს მეორე მხარეს საკუთარი განზრახვის შესახებ, არ განაგრძოს იგი.
Entry into Force and Termination This Memorandum shall enter into force on the date of its signature and shall be valid for a five (5) year period which shall be automatically extended for equal subsequent periods, unless one of the Parties gives notice in writing to the other Party of its intention not to extend it at least six (6) months before the expiration of the relevant period.

Either Party may terminate this Memorandum through written notice to the other Party at least six (6) months in advance.

The present Cooperation Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Cooperation Agreement”) was concluded on 2009 between the Ca’ Foscari University Venice (Italy) represented by Anna Marinetti, head of the Dipartimento di Scienze dell’Antichità e del Vicino Oriente, hereinafter referred to as the “Venice University”, and the Georgian National Museum (Georgia) – legal entity of public law represented by Professor David Lordkipanidze, Director General of the Museum, hereinafter referred to as the “Museum”.

The “Museum” and the “Venice University” shall be separately referred to as “Party” and collectively – as the “Parties”.
