6.1. თანამშრომლობის შეთანხმების ფარგლებში მხარეები დებენ ცალკე წერილობით შეთანხმებებს, რომლებიც შეეხება თითოეულ კვლევით სამუშაოს, სამეცნიერო საქმიანობას, საგანმანათლებლო პროექტებს და სხვა საკითხებს, ისევე როგორც თანამშრომლობაში ჩართულ პირებს.
6.1 In the frames of this Cooperation Agreement, the Parties shall conclude separate written agreements concerning each research work, scientific activity, educational projects and other issues as well as persons involved in cooperation.

6.3 The Agreement shall be concluded for an indefinite period and shall be valid until its termination by the Parties.

6.4. შეთანხმების მოქმედება შეიძლება შეწყდეს მხარეთა ურთიერთშეთანხმებით.
6.4 The Agreement may be terminated by mutual consent of the Parties;

6.5. თითოეულ მხარეს შეუძლია ცალმხრივად შეწყვიტოს შეთანხმების მოქმედება, თუკი მეორე მხარე არ ასრულებს (ან ჯეროვნად არ ასრულებს) შეთანხმებით გათვალისწინებულ ვალდებულებებს, ან თუკი შეთანხმების მიზნები მიღწეულ არ ყოფილა ობიექტური მიზეზების გამო.
6.5 Either Party may unilaterally terminate the Agreement if the other Party does not (or does not duly) comply with the obligations under the Agreement of if the objectives of the Agreement were no achieved due to objective reasons.

6.6. მხარეები თანხმდებიან, წინამდებარე თანამშრომლობის შეთანხმებასთან დაკავშირებით წარმოქმნილი ყველა უთანხმოება მოაგვარონ ურთიერთშეთანხმებით, ხოლო თუ ამგვარი შეთანხმების მიღწევა ვერ ხერხდება, საქართველოს კანონმდებლობით დადგენილი წესით.
6.6 The Parties agree to resolve all inconsistencies arising out of the present Cooperation Agreement by mutual agreement, and if such agreement cannot be reached, by the rule established under the Georgian Legislation.

6.7. წინამდებარე თანამშრომლობის შეთანხმება სრულდება ქართულ და ინგლისურ ენებზე, ორ ეგზემპლარად, ორივე ტექსტი თანაბრად ავთენტიკურია და შესანახად ჰბარდება ხელმომწერ მხარეებს.
6.7 The present Cooperation Agreement shall be done in the Georgian and English languages, in two copies, both texts equally authentic and shall be deposited within the signing parties.

საქართველოს მთავრობა და ესტონეთის რესპუბლიკის მთავრობა, შემდგომში „მხარეებად“ წოდებულნი, მხედველობაში იღებენ რა, რომ თანამშრომლობა საინფორმაციო-საკომუნიკაციო ტექნოლოგიების სფეროში და თანამშრომლობა საერთო ინტერესის საგნის შემადგენელ სფეროებში იდეების, ინფორმაციის, უნარ-ჩვევებისა და გამოცდილების გაცვლის მეშვეობით ორივე მხარისთვის სასარგებლო იქნება, ითვალისწინებენ რა საჭიროებას, უფრო სრულად იქნეს გამოყენებული საკომუნიკაციო და საინფორმაციო ტექნოლოგიების სიმძლავრე და ექსპლუატაციის ხელსაყრელი შესაძლებლობანი, რომელსაც საინფორმაციო ტექნოლოგიები იძლევა, შეთანხმდნენ შემდეგზე:
The Government of Georgia and the Government of the Republic of Estonia, hereinafter referred to as the Parties, Taking into account the fact that cooperation in information and communication technologies (hereinafter ICT) and cooperation in areas of common interest through the exchange of ideas, information, skills and experience will be of benefit to both Parties, Considering the need to more fully exploit the capacity of communications and information technologies and the opportunities of applications provided by information technologies, Have agreed on the following:

მხარეები, საერთო სარგებლიანობის საფუძველზე და თავიანთი ეროვნული კანონმდებლობის და საერთაშორისო სამართლის შესაბამისი ნორმებისა და პრინციპების თანახმად, და აგრეთვე ამ შეთანხმების მიხედვით, განავითარებენ და გააუმჯობესებენ თავიანთ ეკონომიკურ, სამრეწველო, სამეცნიერო და ტექნიკურ თანამშრომლობას საინფორმაციო-საკომუნიკაციო ტექნოლოგიების სფეროში.
The Parties, on the basis of mutual benefit and in accordance with their national legislation and relevant norms and principles of the international law, as well as pursuant to this Agreement, shall develop and improve their economic, industrial, scientific and technical cooperation in the field of ICT.

With the purpose of promoting activities in the field of ICT , increasing cooperation and the adoption of new technologies, the Parties shall encourage the relevant bodies, organizations and enterprises of both countries to cooperate in promoting closer interaction and closer exchange of information regarding communications and information technologies and where possible, to cooperate in carrying out specific programs and projects.
