The Parties will render assistance in development of direct relations between higher sport education institutes and research centres of both countries engaged in sport and disabled athletes problems in order to improve qualification of high level professional coaches and relevant specialists.

მხარეები, თავ-თავიანთ ეროვნულ კანონმდებლობათა თანახმად, ხელს შეუწყობენ თანამშრომლობას ისეთ სფეროებში, როგორიცაა სპორტული აღჭურვილობისა და უნიფორმების წარმოება, სპორტული ობიექტების დაპროექტება, მშენებლობა, რეკონსტრუქცია და ექსპლუატაცია.
The Parties under the national legislation of their states will promote co- operation in the areas such as production of sports equipment and uniforms, projection, construction, reconstruction, exploitation of sport facilities.

The Parties will promote exchange of experience between sport specialists, coaches and other specialists in relevant fields.

წინასწარ მიღებული ინფორმაციის საფუძველზე, მხარეები საკუთარ ტერიტორიაზე დახმარებას გაუწევენ მეორე მხარის სპორტსმენთა ჯგუფებსა და სხვადასხვა სახის ოფიციალურ პირებს.
The Parties, on their territory, will render assistance to the sportsmen groups and different officials of the other Party according to the information received beforehand.

All expenses related to the cooperation activities to be carried out in the frame of this Agreement will be determined and covered by mutual agreement between the Parties.

მხარეთა წარმომადგენლები ყოველწლიურად შეხვდებიან ერთმანეთს მონაცვლეობით ბაქოსა და თბილისში, იმისთვის რათა განიხილონ ამ შეთანხმების დებულებათა რეალიზაცია და შეიმუშაონ მომავალი წლის სამოქმედო გეგმა.
The representatives of the Parties will meet every year in Baku and Tbilisi in turn in order to discuss the implementation of the provisions of the Agreement and to develop joint plan of actions for the next year.

Such additions and amendments shall be made in a form of separate Protocols being an integral part of this Agreement and shall enter into force in accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of this Agreement.

Any disagreements which can arise between the Parties in connection with implementation of the Agreement will be settled by bilateral negotiations and consultations.

წინამდებარე შეთანხმება ძალაში შედის იმ დღიდან, როდესაც დიპლომატიური არხებით მხარეთა მიერ მიღებული იქნება ამ შეთანხმების ძალაში შესასვლელად აუცილებელი მათი შესაბამისი შიდა პროცედურების შესრულების დამადასტურებელი ბოლო წერილობითი შეტყობინება.
This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of receiving, through diplomatic channels, by the Parties of the last written notification confirming the completion of their respective internal procedures required for the entry into force of this Agreement.

ეს შეთანხმება დადებულია ხუთი წლის ვადით და მას შემდგომ ავტომატურად ძალაში რჩება მომდევნო ხუთი წლის განმავლობაში, თუკი ერთ-ერთი მხარე არანაკლებ ექვსი თვით ადრე წინასწარ არ აცნობებს დიპლომატიური არხებით მეორე მხარეს თავისი განზრახვის შესახებ, შეწყვიტოს ამ შეთანხმების მოქმედება.
This Agreement is concluded for a period of five years and shall remain in force automatically thereafter for the next five years unless either of the Parties at least six months in advance notifies through diplomatic channels the other Party in written of its intention to terminate this Agreement.

1. The following documents collectively form this Agreement: this document, the Project Description and Implementation Arrangements (Schedule 1), the Allocation Table (Schedule 2), and the Special Covenants (Schedule 3).

2. 2009 წლის 29 აპრილით დათარიღებული ფონდის სოფლის მეურნეობის განვითარების ზოგადი პირობები, რომლებშიც შეიძლება პერიოდულად შეტანილ იქნეს შესწორებები („ზოგადი პირობები“), დაერთვის ამ შეთანხმებას და მისი ყველა დებულება გამოიყენება ამ შეთანხმებასთან მიმართებაში.
2. The Fund's General Conditions for Agricultural Development Financing dated 29 April 2009, as may be amended from time to time (the "General Conditions") are annexed to this Agreement, and all provisions thereof shall apply to this Agreement.

For the purposes of this Agreement the terms defined in the General Conditions shall have the meanings set forth therein.

3. ფონდი მსესხებელს გამოუყოფს სესხსა და გრანტს („დაფინანსება“), რომლებსაც მსესხებელი გამოიყენებს პროექტის განსახორციელებლად ამ შეთანხმების პირობების თანახმად.
3. The Fund shall provide a Loan and a Grant to the Borrower (the "Financing"), which the Borrower shall use to implement the Project in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
