Alterations and amendments shall be executed as separate protocols, which form an integral part of this Agreement and shall enter in force in accordance with procedure of Article 9 of this Agreement.

ეს შეთანხმება ძალაში შედის ერთ-ერთი მხარის მიერ მეორე მხარისაგან დიპლომატიური არხებით ამ შეთანხმების ძალაში შესასვლელად აუცილებელი სამართლებრივი მოთხოვნების შესრულების დამადასტურებელი ბოლო წერილობითი შეტყობინების მიღების დღიდან.
This Agreement shall enter into force on the day of receipt through diplomatic channels of the last written notification about of one Party to the other other that legal requirements necessary for the entry into force of this Agreements have been fulfilled.

Either Party may terminate this Agreement by giving three months’ prior written notice to the other Party.

Termination of the Agreement shall not affect the implementation of programs and projects, which be launched during the period of its validity, unless agreed upon otherwise by the Parties.

საქართველოს მთავრობამ და ესტონეთის რესპუბლიკის მთავრობამ, შემდგომში „მონაწილეებად“ წოდებულებმა, მხედველობაში იღებენ რა, რომ თანამშრომლობა საინფორმაციო-საკომუნიკაციო ტექნოლოგიების სფეროში და თანამშრომლობა საერთო ინტერესის საგნის შემადგენელ სფეროებში იდეების, ინფორმაციის, უნარ-ჩვევებისა და გამოცდილების გაცვლის მეშვეობით ორივე მონაწილისთვის სასარგებლო იქნება, ითვალისწინებენ რა საჭიროებას, უფრო სრულად იქნეს გამოყენებული საკომუნიკაციო და საინფორმაციო ტექნოლოგიების სიმძლავრე და ექსპლუატაციის ხელსაყრელი შესაძლებლობანი, რომელსაც საინფორმაციო ტექნოლოგიები იძლევა, მიაღწიეს შემდეგ შეთანხმებას:
The Government of Georgia and the Government of the Republic of Estonia, hereinafter referred to as the Participants, taking into account the fact that cooperation in information and communication technologies and cooperation in areas of common interest through the exchange of ideas, information, skills and experience will be of benefit to both Participants, considering the need to more fully exploit the capacity of communications and information technologies and the opportunities of applications provided by information technologies, have reached the following understanding:

მონაწილეები, საერთო სარგებლიანობის საფუძველზე და თავიანთი ეროვნული კანონმდებლობის და საერთაშორისო სამართლის შესაბამისი ნორმებისა და პრინციპების თანახმად, და აგრეთვე ამ ურთიერთგაგების მემორანდუმის მიხედვით, განავითარებენ და გააუმჯობესებენ თავიანთ ეკონომიკურ, სამრეწველო, სამეცნიერო და ტექნიკურ თანამშრომლობას საინფორმაციო-საკომუნიკაციო ტექნოლოგიების სფეროში.
The Participants, on the basis of mutual benefit and in accordance with their national legislation and relevant norms and principles of international law, as well as pursuant to this Memorandum of Understanding, will develop and improve their economic, industrial, scientific and technical cooperation in the field of information and communication technologies.
