The DELTA is obliged to remedy defects at its own expense and to rectify defective services, which it provides within the scope of its work, on a free of charge basis.

The IABG mbH and the UBA must not give an undertaking to third parties.

The DELTA grants UBA exclusive and absolute right to use the services provided for all types of use.

UBA-ს და IABG-mbH-ს უფლება აქვთ მთელი კონტრაქტის ან მისი რომელიმე ნაწილის მოქმედების შეწყვეტისა ძალაში დაუყოვნებელი შესვლით ყოველგვარი მიზეზების დასახელების გარეშე.
The UBA and IABG mbH is entitled to terminate all or part of the contract with immediate effect without giving any reasons.

If the termination is carried out for reasons, which the DELTA is responsible for, the DELTA is only entitled to a claim for payment for services already provided.
