The IABG mbH is entitled to acquire information about the work progress at any time itself or by means of information of the DELTA to be given without delay.

It must be ensured that the IABG mbH can also protect its rights vis-à-vis third parties, which may be involved in the carrying out of the project.

The DELTA is obliged to remedy defects at its own expense and to rectify defective services, which it provides within the scope of its work, on a free of charge basis.

The DELTA guarantees that all business and operating secrets which it becomes aware of during the cooperation will be treated confidentially and not made available to third parties - even after termination of the contractual relationship.
