პროექტის მსვლელობისას და განხორციელების პროცესში შესაძლო რისკი შეიძლება იყოს საქართველოს კანონმდებლობაში ისეთი ცვლილებები შეტანა, რამაც შეიძლება ჟურნალში ასახული ინფორმაცია საქართველოს კანონმდებლობასთან შეუსაბამო გახადოს, თუმცა ამ ეტაპზე ასეთი სახის ცვლილებები დაგეგმილი არ არის.
A possible risk during and in the process of implementation of the Project may be posed by such changes in the Georgian Legislation, as may render the information reflected in the Journal inconsistent with the Georgian Legislation, although no such changes are planned at the present stage.

The Parties may sign additional agreements on a number of technical cooperation projects (hereinafter ‘project agreements’).

3. თანამშრომლობის პროგრამას, რომელიც შემუშავდება ამ ოქმის ფარგლებში, თურქეთის რესპუბლიკის სახელით კოორდინაციას გაუწევს თურქეთის თანამშრომლობისა და განვითარების სააგენტო (TIKA), ხოლო საქართველოს სახელით – საქართველოს ფინანსთა სამინისტრო.
3. Cooperation programme to be developed in the framework of this Protocol shall be coordinated by the Turkish Cooperation and Development Agency (TIKA) on behalf of the Republic of Turkey and by the Ministry of Finance of Georgia – on behalf of Georgia.

4. TIKA-ს თბილისის პროგრამის საკოორდინაციო ოფისი (შემდგომში PCO) საპროექტო შეთანხმებათა ფარგლებში ზედამხედველობას გაუწევს ტექნიკური დახმარების პროცესის მიმდინარეობას ტექნიკური დახმარების იმ ღონისძიებათა კოორდინირების გზით, რომლებიც ხორციელდება თურქეთის საზღვრებს გარეთ.
4. TIKA Tbilisi Programme Coordination Office (hereinafter PCO) within the project agreements shall supervise the technical assistance process by coordinating technical assistance activities outside Turkey.

PCO-ს საქმიანობა მოიცავს პროგრამებისა და პროექტების მომზადებას თანამშრომლობის განვითარების მიზნით ისეთ სფეროებში, როგორიცაა ეკონომიკა, ტექნოლოგიები, ინფრასტრუქტურა, კულტურა და განათლება, და ასევე დახმარების გაწევის მიზნით.
PCO’s activities shall comprise preparation of programmes and projects for the development of cooperation in the fields of economy, technologies, infrastructure, culture and education as well as for the provision of assistance.
