The Turkish Party shall undertake the following responsibilities in the framework of this Protocol:

The Georgian party takes on the following responsibilities within the scope of this Protocol:

ა) საქართველოს მთავრობა PCO-ს პერსონალს ანიჭებს იმ პრივილეგიებსა და იმუნიტეტებს, რომლებიც „დიპლომატიურ ურთიერთობათა შესახებ ვენის კონვენციით“ გათვალისწინებულია ადმინისტრაციული და ტექნიკური პერსონალისთვის.

a) The Government of Georgia shall grant privileges and immunities to PCO’s personnel provided to administrative and technical staff under the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.

ბ) უზრუნველყოს TIKA-ს მიერ საქართველოში შესასყიდი ან საქართველოში გასაგზავნი მასალებისა და აპარატურის განთავისუფლება ყველა სახის გადასახადების, მოსაკრებლებისა და სხვა სახის საფასურების გადახდისაგან, საბაჟო გადასახადების ჩათვლით.

b) To ensure that materials and equipment to be bought in Georgia or send to Georgia by TIKA be exempted from all taxes, fees and other kind of payments, including customs duties.

ზემოაღნიშნული მუხლები ვრცელდება ტექნიკური თანამშრომლობის იმ პროექტებზე, რომლებიც განხორციელდება ან მომზადდება ამ ოქმის ძალაში შესვლის დღიდან.

The articles above shall be applicable for technical cooperation projects to be prepared or implemented as of the date of entry into force of this Protocol.

1. ეს ოქმი ძალაში შევა მისი რატიფიკაციის დამადასტურებელი ბოლო შეტყობინების მიღების დღიდან;

1. This Protocol shall enter into force as of the date of reception of the last notification confirming its ratification;

2. ეს ოქმი ძალაშია ხუთი წლის განმავლობაში და ავტომატურად განახლდება შემდგომი ხუთი წლის ვადით, თუკი ერთი მხარე, ოქმის მოქმედების ვადის გასვლამდე სამი თვით, ადრე წერილობით არ აცნობებს მეორეს თავისი გადაწყვეტილების შესახებ, მოქმედება შეუწყვიტოს ამ ოქმს;

2. This Protocol shall remain valid for five years and shall be automatically renewed for another period of five years unless one party notifies in writing the other three months before the expiry of the Protocol of its intention to terminate the Protocol;

3. ცვლილებები და შესწორებები წინამდებარე ოქმში შევა წერილობით, მხარეთა თანხმობით, და ძალაში შევა მე-6 მუხლის პირველ პუნქტში მითითებული პროცედურის თანახმად;

3. Additions and amendments to this Protocol shall be made in writing with the consent of the Parties and shall come into force according to the procedure indicated in the first paragraph of Article 6;

4. ამ ოქმის ინტერპრეტაციასთან და განხორციელებასთან დაკავშირებული უთანხმოებანი წყდება ორმხრივი მოლაპარაკებების გზით;

4. Disagreements regarding the interpretation and implementation of this Protocol shall be resolved through bilateral negotiations;

5. ამ ოქმის მოქმედების შეწყვეტა იწვევს ოქმის ფარგლებში მიმდინარე იმ პროექტებისა და პროგრამების იმავდროულ შეწყვეტას, რომლებიც დასრულებული არ იქნება ოქმის მოქმედების შეწყვეტის დღისთვის.

5. Termination of this Protocol shall cause simultaneous termination of those projects and programmes in the framework of the Protocol, which have not been completed by the date of termination of the Protocol.
