Also the case shall be regarded as the existence of an agricultural machinery service provision centre, when a private individual (local inhabitant) has in his/her possession or at his/her disposal agricultural machinery, and the village inhabitants can make regular use of such machinery free of charge or subject to payment of a certain sum of money, they know about it and have the expectation that, if necessary, they can use the said machinery.
