(1) “Completely reconstructed” – means that the structures damaged or destroyed in the period of the military operations have undergone complete restoration, regardless of whether they continue to function at full capacity or not at the moment of the interrogation.

(2) ნაწილობრივ აღდგა – გულისხმობს, რომ საომარი მოქმედებების პერიოდში დაზიანებულ ან განადგურებულ ნაგებობებს ნაწილობრივ უკვე ჩაუტარდათ რესტავრაცია და მისი ნაწილი აღდგენილია, მიუხედავად იმისა გამოკითხვის მომენტისათვის ფუნქციონირებს თუ არა.
(2) “Partially reconstructed” – means that the structures damaged or destroyed in the period of the military operations have already undergone partial reconstruction and part of them is reconstructed, regardless of whether they function or not at the moment of the interrogation.

(3) მიმდინარეობს აღდგენითი სამუშაოები – გულისხმობს, რომ საომარი მოქმედების პერიოდში დაზიანებულ ან განადგურებულ ნაგებობას უტარდებათ აღდგენითი სამუშაოები, თუმცა არცერთ უბანზე ჯერ არ დასრულებულა.
(3) “Reconstruction works are underway” – means that reconstruction works are being performed on the structures damaged or destroyed during the military operations, although such works are not yet finished on any of their sections.
