(3) ფუნქციონირება აღდგენილია, თუმცა შეფერხებით - გულისხმობს, რომ საომარი მოქმედებების პერიოდში სოფელში შეზღუდული ან შეფერხებული სერვისის ფუნქციონირება აღწერის მომენტისათვის აღდგა, თუმცა მუშაობს შეფერხებით (დროში ან სივრცეში), მიუხედავად იმისა ბოლომდე დასრულებულია თუ არა აღდგენითი სამუშაოები.
(3) “Functioning has resumed, although with delays” – means that the functioning of the service, restricted or delayed in the village in the period of the military operations, has resumed at the moment of the census, although it operates with delays (in time or space), regardless of whether reconstruction works are fully completed or not.
