Either Party may terminate a Service by giving to the other at least thirty (30) days’ written notice, such notice to expire (and such termination to take effect) in respect of each Service at the end of the Initial Term or the then current Renewal Term (as applicable).

3.1. ამ „შეთანხმების“ მოქმედების შეწყვეტისას ან ვადის ამოწურვისას („დასრულების თარიღის“ დადგომისას), ამ „შეთანხმების“ მიხედვით გაცემული ყველა ლიცენზია ძალას კარგავს და „კლიენტმა“ დაუყოვნებლივ უნდა შეწყვიტოს ყოველგვარ კონფიდენციალურ ინფორმაციასთან დაშვების განხორციელება და მისი გამოყენება.
3.1. Upon termination or expiry of this Agreement (“End Date”), all licenses granted under this Agreement shall cease and Client shall immediately cease access to and use of all Confidential Information.

მუხლები 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 და 10 ძალაში რჩება ნებისმიერი მიზეზით ამ „შეთანხმების“ მოქმედების შეწყვეტის ან ვადის ამოწურვის შემდეგაც.
Clauses 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 will survive termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason.

Termination of this Agreement or cancellation or suspension of a Service will not affect any rights accrued at the date of expiry, termination, suspension or cancellation.
