6.1. Client acknowledges that all Intellectual Property Rights in the Licensed Materials are owned by TR or its Third Party Suppliers.

In the event that such an order or other remedy is not obtained, or if the Disclosing Party waives compliance with the provisions of this clause 7, the Receiving Party will furnish only that portion of the Confidential Information which is legally required (in the reasonable opinion of its legal counsel).
