1. საერთო სახელმწიფოებრივი მნიშვნელობის გადასახდელები წარმოადგენს წლიურ ბიუჯეტში პირველი თანრიგის ორგანიზაციული კოდით გათვალისწინებულ ასიგნებას, რომელიც ცალკეულ ორგანიზაციულ კოდებად მოიცავს:

1. Expenditures of general state importance represent allotments to the annual budget envisaged by the first class of organizational code, which includes the following separate organizational codes:

3. The money from the reserve funds of the President of Georgia and the Government of Georgia, on the basis of the corresponding decisions of the President of Georgia and the Government of Georgia (which includes the information on the amount of the funds and their purposes) is allocated by the Ministry of Finance of Georgia.

4. თუ საქართველოს მთავრობის სარეზერვო ფონდიდან გამოსაყოფი თანხა არ აღემატება 100 000 ლარს, გადაწყვეტილებას თანხის გამოყოფის თაობაზე, საქართველოს ფინანსთა მინისტრის წარდგინებით, იღებს საქართველოს პრემიერ–მინისტრი.

4. If the amount to be allocated from the reserve funds of the Government of Georgia does not exceed the sum of 100 000 GEL, the decision of allocation of the money, with the approval of the Minister of Finance of Georgia, is made by Prime Minister of Georgia.
