1. საქართველოს მთავრობის მიერ ქვეყნის ძირითადი მონაცემებისა და მიმართულებების დოკუმენტის მოწონებიდან არაუგვიანეს 5 დღისა, საქართველოს ფინანსთა სამინისტრო მხარჯავ დაწესებულებებს უგზავნის საბიუჯეტო განაცხადის ფორმებს, რომელთა გამოყენებით მხარჯავმა დაწესებულებებმა საქართველოს ფინანსთა სამინისტროში უნდა წარადგინონ ინფორმაცია მომავალი წლების ბიუჯეტების შესახებ.

1. No later than in 5 days after submission of the Basic Dimensions and Directions by the Government of Georgia, the Ministry of Finance of Georgia shall transmit to the offices of payment forms for budgetary requests, which shall be used by the offices of payment for submission of the information on the budget for the next year to the Ministry of Finance of Georgia.

2. მხარჯავი დაწესებულების მიერ ამ კოდექსის 34-ე მუხლის მე-5 ნაწილის „გ.დ“ და „დ“ ქვეპუნქტებით გათვალისწინებული ზღვრული მოცულობების ზევით (ასეთის არსებობის შემთხვევაში) საბიუჯეტო განაცხადის წარდგენა დასაშვებია მხოლოდ საბიუჯეტო განაცხადით გათვალისწინებული ფორმით.

2. Submission of the budgetary call by the office of payment exceeding the marginal indicators (in any) envisaged by Article 34 para 5 “c.d” and “d” of the present Code is allowed only within the form provided by the budgetary call.

3. იმ შემთხვევაში თუ საბიუჯეტო განაცხადში ასახული ინფორმაცია განსხვავებული იქნება ამ კოდექსის 34-ე მუხლის მე-5 ნაწილის „გ.ბ“, „გ.დ“ და „დ“ ქვეპუნქტებით გათვალისწინებულ ინფორმაციასთან, მხარჯავმა დაწესებულებამ საბიუჯეტო განაცხადთან ერთად საქართველოს ფინანსთა სამინისტროში უნდა წარადგინოს ინფორმაცია ამ განსხვავების მიზეზების შესახებ.

3. In case if the information included in the budgetary call differs from the information given in Article 34 para 5 “c.b”, “c.d” and “d” of the present Code, the office of payment, together with the budgetary call, shall submit the information to the Ministry of Finance of Georgia on the cause of such a discrepancy.
