1. The draft state budget with its annexes and the Basic Dimensions and Directions submitted to the Parliament of Georgia is reviewed by the Parliamentary Committees, factions, parliamentary majority and minority and members of the Parliament.

2. საკომიტეტო განხილვების დროს სახელმწიფო ბიუჯეტის პროექტს ფინანსთა მინისტრთან ან მის მოადგილესთან ერთად წარადგენს შესაბამისი სამინისტროს მინისტრი ან მისი მოადგილე.
2. During hearings in the Committees, the draft state budget shall, together with the Minister of Finance or his/her Deputy, be presented by the Minister of the relevant Ministry or by his/her Deputy.

5. The Government of Georgia shall re-submit the revised draft state budget and the Basic Dimensions and Directions, including the information on the remarks and nature of suggestions, to the Parliament of Georgia no later than November 15, which the Parliament of Georgia shall review at the plenary sessions.

6. საქართველოს პარლამენტის პლენარულ სხდომაზე წლიური საბიუჯეტო კანონის პროექტსა და მიმდინარე წლის სახელმწიფო ბიუჯეტის მოკლე მიმოხილვის შესახებ მოხსენებას წარადგენს საქართველოს პრემიერ-მინისტრი ან საქართველოს მთავრობის რომელიმე წევრი პრემიერ-მინისტრის შესაბამისი აქტით მიღებული დავალებით.
6. The report on the draft annual budget and short overview of the current state budget is presented at the plenary session of the Parliament of Georgia by the Prime Minister of Georgia or any member of the Government of Georgia being authorized by the relevant order of the Prime Minister.
