12. თუ პარლამენტი დეკემბრის მესამე პარასკევამდე ვერ მიიღებს სახელმწიფო ბიუჯეტის პროექტს, შესაძლებელია სახელმწიფო ბიუჯეტის პროექტის იმავე ან საქართველოს მთავრობისა და საქართველოს პარლამენტის წევრთა შემთანხმებელი კომისიის მიერ გადამუშავებულ პროექტს ხელახლა ეყაროს კენჭი 10 დღის ვადაში, მაგრამ არაუგვიანეს 31 დეკემბრისა.
12. If the Parliament fails to adopt the draft state budget before the third Friday of December, the same draft budget or the amended document jointly prepared by the Conciliation Commission of the Government of Georgia and the members of the Parliament may be voted again within the period of 10 days, but no later than December 31.

13. სახელმწიფო ბიუჯეტის დაუმტკიცებლობის შემთხვევაში პარლამენტის დათხოვნისას, პრეზიდენტი დეკრეტით ამტკიცებს სახელმწიფო ბიუჯეტს და ახლად არჩეული პარლამენტის უფლებამოსილების ცნობიდან ერთ თვეში წარუდგენს მას დასამტკიცებლად.
13. In case of dissolution of the Parliament as a result of the failure to adopt the state budget, the President shall adopt the state budget by a decree and in one month after recognition of the authorities of the newly elected Parliament shall submit it for its approval.

14. No later than in one month after the beginning of the planning year the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, on the basis of the information received from the local self-governing bodies and Autonomous Republics, shall complete the final draft of the Basic Dimensions and Directions and submit it to the Financial-Budgetary Committee of the Parliament of Georgia for consideration.

The materials attached to the draft law on making changes/amendments to the annual budget law shall include a revised medium-term macroeconomic and fiscal forecast and the information on the nature of the changes introduced except for the case when their submission is not required based on the nature of the changes.

3. საქართველოს მთავრობის მიერ სახელმწიფო ბიუჯეტის კანონში ცვლილებების ან/და დამატებების შეტანის შესახებ კანონის პროექტის პარლამენტში წარდგენიდან 7 დღის ვადაში საქართველოს პარლამენტი კანონის პროექტთან დაკავშირებულ შესაბამის დასკვნებს უგზავნის საქართველოს მთავრობას.
3. In 7 days after submission of the draft law on making changes/amendments to the law on state budget by the Government of Georgia to the Parliament of Georgia, the latter shall transmit the relevant conclusions about the draft law to the Government of Georgia.

4. The remarks made by the Parliament of Georgia in relation to the draft law on making changes/amendments to the law on state budget, which concern allocation of additional allotments, shall include the information on possible sources of funding for additional allotments.

5. The Government of Georgia shall submit the revised version of the draft law on making changes/amendments to the law on state budget for consideration to the Parliament of Georgia no later than in 5 days after making the changes.

7. The draft law on making changes/amendments to the law on the annual state budget is presented at the plenary session of the Parliament of Georgia by Prime Minister of Georgia or a person designated by the Prime-Minister’s special decree.

9. If the Parliament fails to adopt the draft law on making changes/amendments to the law on the annual state budget, the same draft law on making changes/amendments to the law on the annual state budget or the draft law revised by the Joint Commission of the Government of Georgia and the Parliament may be resubmitted to vote.
