2. ადგილობრივი თვითმმართველობის წარმომადგენლობითი ორგანო საჯაროდ იხილავს და ახალი საბიუჯეტო წლის დაწყებამდე იღებს გადაწყვეტილებას ადგილობრივი თვითმმართველი ერთეულის ბიუჯეტის დამტკიცების შესახებ.

2. Local self-government representative body shall publicly review the budget and before the beginning of a new budgetary year shall make a decision on adoption of the budget of the local self-government body.

5. No later than in 20 days after budgetary approval the local self-government bodies (except for the local self-government bodies of the Autonomous Republics) shall submit the documents of priorities, which are in compliance with the approved budgets, to the Ministry of Finance of Georgia.
