5. Submission of budgetary request exceeding marginal indicators (if any) envisaged by para 3 of the present Article for the offices of payment is allowed only by the form provided by the budgetary request.

6. იმ შემთხვევაში, თუ საბიუჯეტო განაცხადში ასახული ინფორმაცია განსხვავებული იქნება ადგილობრივი თვითმმართველი ერთეულის პრიორიტეტების დოკუმენტში გათვალისწინებულ ინფორმაციასთან, მხარჯავმა დაწესებულებამ საბიუჯეტო განაცხადთან ერთად საფინანსო ორგანოს უნდა წარუდგინოს ინფორმაცია ამ განსხვავების მიზეზების შესახებ.

6. In case if the information contained in the budgetary request differs from the information provided by the document of priorities of the local self-government bodies, the office of payment, together with the budgetary request, shall submit the information on the causes of such a discrepancy to the financial agency.

7. საქართველოს ფინანსთა სამინისტრო მიმდინარე წლის არაუგვიანეს 5 ოქტომბრისა აცნობებს ადგილობრივი თვითმმართველობის ორგანოებს საქართველოს სახელმწიფო ბიუჯეტის პროექტით შესაბამისი ბიუჯეტისათვის გადასაცემი ფინანსური დახმარებისა და გადასახადებიდან მისაღები შემოსავლების საპროგნოზო მაჩვენებლებს.

7. No later than October 5, the Ministry of Finance of Georgia shall inform the local self-government bodies about the forecast indicators of financial assistance and the revenues from taxes transferred to the their corresponding budgets as envisaged by the draft state budget of Georgia.
