5. Amendment of the annual budget with the allotments allocated on the basis of Articles 67 and 68 of the present Code and the changes envisaged by paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of the present Article, shall be implemented in accordance with the rule defined by local self-government entity representative body (for the city of Tbilisi – in accordance with the rule defined by the government of Tbilisi city).
